アンカレッジのフィットネスルーム・ジム付きホテル

ホテルは便利な立地で、ショッピングモールやレストランまで徒歩数分です。部屋は広くて清潔です。しかし、スタッフの対応はいまいちで、旅行用アダプターも貸してくれませんでした。残念なことに、2日目の夜11時頃、ホテル全体が停電しました。エアコンが効かなかったため、窓を開けざるを得ず、外の車の騒音で睡眠が妨げられました。翌朝9時まで復旧しませんでしたが、朝食は提供されませんでした。ホテルに返金について問い合わせましたが、明確な回答はありませんでした。

私たちは部屋がきれいで、プールが塩素のようなにおいがして、私たちが泊まった他のホテルとは違ってきれいだった方法が好きでした。しかし、フロントの店員はとても失礼でした。私は数分早くチェックインしようとしましたが、彼女はあなたの名前がどこにも見当たらないと言っただけで、ほとんど離れて後で戻ってくるという選択肢しか残していませんでした。それで、友好的である代わりに、彼女は反対で、私にそこに欲しくないように感じさせました。しかし、とにかく滞在しました。そして、朝食は本当に吸いました！ COVIDは、彼らが好きなように人々を治療できるように感じさせました。

Although the hotel is still pretty new, there's a frightening amount of wear and tear already present on all furniture, doors and walls. While the cleanliness is as expected, sound insulation is non-existant, which is why it was hard to sleep when you could hear every vehicle outside as loud as if you were standing next to it (and our room was on the highest floor). Neither the check-in lady at the front desk nor the kitchen staff were very friendly. The breakfast was probably the worst we ever had. It's advertised from 6:30-9:30am but when we arrived at 7am, most must-have items like bagels were already gone and weren't refilled. Also, the pancake machine was broken. All in all, it was a very disappointing stay.

朝食は正常に機能し、叔母は温かく楽しまれました。部屋は清潔で整頓されていました。空港から車で数分。駐車場は無料で、シャトルバスがあります。バスタブは少し遅く、全体的な満足度

酒店環境很好，很乾凈！大堂有棕熊和狼的標本，很壯觀，還有免費的自助咖啡機和熱水，這對於從外面零下四十度回來的我太重要了！！！ 但是！！！酒店完全沒有服務，住了五天從來不給收拾房間，不知道是不是美國的酒店都這樣

酒店雖然比較舊，但房間好大，二張1.5米的大床，房間也很整潔，大堂有茶吧，免費供應開水，茶包和咖啡，酒店也提供免費接送機服務，對這次入住很滿意，就是感覺房價有點小貴！

Booked and paid in full online. They have our credit card on file. Didn’t expect they want to charge extra money for room deposit. No problem we can handle the additional payment except Their machine didn’t work scanning my Apple Pay. The older lady was rude and told us we couldn’t stay. That was not our fault. It really hurts! they should fix their machine problem first rather than blaming customer. Finally the younger staff on training figured out how to charge my Apple Card by keying in the numbers. Overall check in was not as friendly and professional as it should be. Breakfast was okay, oatmeal was not done correctly super dry, a simple fix is adding a bit water , yet no one cared. Eggs are not real , artificial eggs. Just a bit disappointed. Rooms are warm and bathrooms is clean.

Hotel was very clean, conveniently located next to a bicycle rental that's very cheap to explore the area. Lake was beautiful as well.

Lovely Hotel great spot to be in the center of Anchorage and is close to the freeway, just be careful parking is not attached, the staff early early Feb 14th was so helpful lovely and kind 3 girls(posted their names on the yelp review)

Strategic location hotel, near airport with airport shuttle, and affordable price. Some restaurant nearby. The staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast complimentary. Room spacious, clean and nice.
