とても素晴らしいホテルです。場所も高級住宅街の中にあり静かでヴィンコムプラザが徒歩圏内で買い物に便利です。Grabタクシーもホテル付近にいますので1分〜2分で来ます。スタッフの皆さんも素晴らしいかったです。特に、フロントのTONYさんの対応が良くて良い思いでになりました。ハイフォンが好きになりました。

AUI Nguyen Traiでの滞在はとても満足のいくものでした。部屋は清潔で広々としており、設備も充実していて、ベッドもとても快適でした。立地も良く、ハイフォン市内のレストランや観光スポットを巡るのに便利です。特に、警備員の方々とオーナーはとても親切でフレンドリーで、親身になって対応してくれました。料金を考えると、部屋の質とサービスは素晴らしく、価格以上の価値があると感じました。ハイフォンにまた行く機会があれば、必ずAUI Nguyen Traiを選びます。😊

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by its exceptional maintenance and outstanding service. The property is impeccably maintained, with every detail thoughtfully tended to. The rooms were spotless, with modern furnishings and all amenities in perfect working order—no creaky beds or flickering lights here! The common areas, from the lobby to the elevators, sparkled with cleanliness, and the landscaping outside was pristine, creating a welcoming atmosphere. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and quick to assist with any request, whether it was extra towels or local dining recommendations. The front desk team greeted me with genuine warmth, and housekeeping went above and beyond to ensure comfort. Even the maintenance crew was prompt and discreet, keeping everything in top shape without disrupting guests. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, adding to the overall delightful stay. This hotel clearly prioritizes guest satisfaction, and it shows in every aspect. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay. 建物や設備はハイフォンの中では間違えなく1番良いと思う。ロケーションも良い。 土曜日〜日曜日だからか、レストランやエントランスで子供が走り回ってうるさい。大人でも大声でVideo callをする人がいる。 サウナの電源は自分で操作するのが普通？ 利用可能時間はサウナの電源がオンだと嬉しい。 レストランやサウナ、大浴場も利用するならnikko。 豪華さと写真映え、夜に散歩もするならPullman。 部屋だけならどちらも良いが、nikkoの方がリーズナブル。

朝食は悪くなかったですし、コーヒーは特に美味しかったです。プールの水が汚れていたのは残念でしたが、伝えたところ改善してくれました。全体的にコストパフォーマンスが高く、宿泊先としておすすめできます。交通の便も良かったです。

Great experience staying here! Came with my parents and I and we really enjoyed our stay! This was by far the best value for our money hotel that we do that in Vietnam over the course of three weeks. It was very clean and well maintained. Additionally the staff, we’re all attentive and helpful. Would come back again! Thanks, Khanh for your support during our stay !

Overall, if there are any issues encountered, the hotel manager will respond quickly and take appropriate action. For example, when I mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak and unstable during check-in, the hotel manager arranged for a room change. Upon inquiry, I discovered that the room allocation and distance would affect WiFi reception. The hotel staff then suggested that for future stays, I could make a note requesting a room with better WiFi reception. This stay from October 3rd to October 9th was also quite good. Unfortunately, my wife and I only learned about the hotel's structural issues on October 7th, and since my wife had too much luggage, we didn't want to change rooms again. We will be staying again soon in the future.

Than is just a few seconds away from Hoang Van Thu Bridge, which is perfect for a nice morning or sunset walk. The room is very new, clean, and fully furnished. The only downside is that there is just a curtain separating the bathroom from the rest of the room, so privacy may be a bit limited. There is no elevator, but the stairs are easy to climb, and the staff are happy to help with your luggage. I also tried the soursop tea at the café downstairs, and it was AMAZING. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely give it a 10/10!

Отличные аппартаменты в Хайфоне, приемлемая цена, попался номер с ванной - это отдельное удовольствие. Большие комнаты, много места для хранения вещей. Так понравилось что еще продлевали проживание!

全体的に言えば、サービス態度は非常に良いですが、チェックインしたとき、マネージャーであると主張するフロントデスクの人は、黒のスーツとメガネを着て、非常に無愛想な口調で話しました。子供 1 人 (12 歳) はチェックインできませんでした。ベッドを追加するか追加の部屋を空ける必要がありましたが、追加ベッドの料金は 1,400 です。5 つ星ホテルでは、宿泊客にチェックインの際に「はい」か「いいえ」を伝えるべきではないでしょうか。で？口調は非常に厳しい、フロントデスクのサービスは改善する必要がありますが、朝食やクラブサービスは非常にフレンドリーで熱心ですが、ホテルはゲストに予告なく改装工事中であるため、ビデオを録画しました
