朝食は悪くなかったですし、コーヒーは特に美味しかったです。プールの水が汚れていたのは残念でしたが、伝えたところ改善してくれました。全体的にコストパフォーマンスが高く、宿泊先としておすすめできます。交通の便も良かったです。

Great experience staying here! Came with my parents and I and we really enjoyed our stay! This was by far the best value for our money hotel that we do that in Vietnam over the course of three weeks. It was very clean and well maintained. Additionally the staff, we’re all attentive and helpful. Would come back again! Thanks, Khanh for your support during our stay !

Facilities are a little bit timeworn, but their services and meals are excellent indeed! A returned customer.

This hotel is awesome! Our room was super clean, and the amenities were top-notch. Linh from Rumba Reato was especially great; she even helped us use our points for food. Some staff weren't as friendly, though, and the Rumba manager was pretty rude at breakfast, making us feel unwelcome even though it was only 8 AM. Still, overall, it's a great hotel, and I hope the manager learns to be more sensitive to guests.

10₫ cho khách sạn và bạn sale ở đây, chu đáo nhiệt tình lắm. Mình check in đúng ngày sinh nhật, được khách sạn set up trang trí phòng và còn tặng bánh gato siêu xinh. Khách sạn vị trí trung tâm đi chơi, ăn uống rất tiện, phòng view hô thoáng mát, ăn sáng buffet đa dạng món. Nên book phòng và lưu trú ở đây nếu có dịp quay lại Hải Phòng

Отличные аппартаменты в Хайфоне, приемлемая цена, попался номер с ванной - это отдельное удовольствие. Большие комнаты, много места для хранения вещей. Так понравилось что еще продлевали проживание!

Overall, if there are any issues encountered, the hotel manager will respond quickly and take appropriate action. For example, when I mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak and unstable during check-in, the hotel manager arranged for a room change. Upon inquiry, I discovered that the room allocation and distance would affect WiFi reception. The hotel staff then suggested that for future stays, I could make a note requesting a room with better WiFi reception. This stay from October 3rd to October 9th was also quite good. Unfortunately, my wife and I only learned about the hotel's structural issues on October 7th, and since my wife had too much luggage, we didn't want to change rooms again. We will be staying again soon in the future.

ハイフォンへの出張で、ホテルを勝手に予約しました。この値段でこんなに嬉しいお部屋だとは思いませんでした！ホテルの 9 階の屋上には、湖の素晴らしい景色を望むレストランと屋外プラットフォームがあります。ホテルは新しく改装され、すべて中国の建築資材が使用されており、社長自ら広州まで買い付けに行きました。上司は今年50歳、丑年生まれでとても熱心で、コミュニケーションを円滑にするために音声翻訳機を購入しました。
