パノ エコ リゾート(Pano Eco Resort)

Excellent value for a large room, huge bed with a private bathroom and balcony. OK, so it’s not a luxury place but what you get is more than adequate at the price point. I stayed for nearly 5 weeks and really did become home for me, with all the staff greeting me warmly every day. Filtered water provided and the chef in the on-site restaurant (The Salt & Pepper) turns out some delicious meals. His Bengali Chicken & Potato curry is heaven on a plate. The grounds are nicely landscaped and kept clean and swept. I would not hesitate in recommending Pano Eco. Go, stay, eat, enjoy. I did!

The best thing about the place was the location, the very friendly staff and owner and the restaurant was good too. The room was not so nice. The floor had a very broken plasticcover on it and walls was paperthin. Could hear a lot of noise from outside. The hotel was very close to many options of restaurants and had a nice beach for swimming/snorkeling, if you go around noon. At that time the water is really clean and visibility good for spotting fish. In the afternoon, the water is not so clear or clean.

Excellent Location near Govindanagar Beach.. Affordable compared to other Resorts situated in same location and yet have best prompt service. Bengalee owner Mr Amit and his family is very hospitable to the guest. The food tastes simply too good . King size bed with uninterrupted AC, Wifi and 3 minutes walk to the beach through lush green coconut trees ... One can take Bike rent also just beside this resort. As it is in the east side, sunrise can be seen just after this beach - Bijaynagar and trip to Kalapthar beach.

A budget friendly hotel. It is very basic. working fan and AC, though power on AC does cut out from time to time. Wifi worked ok. No hot water in the bathroom, though was told that staff can provide a bucket of hot water when rrquired. Bed was relatively comfortable, also a patio area to sit outside. No toilet paper provided and when asked, was given a packet of table napkins! close to many restaurants and about 7 min walk to the small town of Govind Nagar. Also a 2 minute walk to the sandy beach. An okay stay if you don't mind basic facilities for a few days.
