I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options every morning. The location was also ideal—close to popular attractions but tucked away enough for a quiet night’s sleep. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip!

コンサートのためにこのホテルを予約しましたが、ピーク時にチェックインが少し混乱しました。エレベーターは良くなく、安全ではありませんが、テイクアウトを受け取るのには便利です。短所。 部屋は広くて清潔で、ソファとベッドはとても快適でした。お風呂のお湯は沸騰するのに20分もかからなかったので、入浴するのにかなり緊張しました。ヘアドライヤーには冷風が出ません。 全体的な費用対効果はかなり高く、スタジアムまで歩いても大満足です！

Good hotel with very good location, 15 min by taxi from South rw station 🚉 but breakfast is very poor , no coffee it is to difficult for European choose what to eat because of only Chinese cuisine there is 😞

サービス: フロントの女性はとても親切で、チェックインのときにお茶を注いでくれました。また、チェックアウトの際には温かいミネラルウォーターを2本くれました。冬でも快適に飲めました。 環境: ホテルはとても温かみのある装飾が施されており、見た目も美しい。 設備: アトゥールホテルに宿泊するのは初めてです。枕はとても快適です。次回もアトゥールホテルに宿泊します。

Book this hotel because of the location, very near Train station. Although it’s only take 15 min to walk there but with elderly n luggage, we took a taxi which only paid RMB20 to the station. Is only a one min ride. But the biggest asset for this hotel is their staffs. One of them is 芹晴，she’s very helpful, answer all my queries. But the most helpful is 繁锦，she did me a big favour. As a foreigner, she helped me to order supper when we arrived late. She also helped me to register the membership. She’s very patient n professional , thank you Atour for everything.

酒店裝修很特別，應該是設計師酒店吧!以暖色和原木色為主，燈光氛圍營造的也很到位!酒店有免費的停車場，有小童拖鞋和牙刷，早餐種類也還可以，還有的都有了!房間的設施配備很齊全，洗護都是歐舒丹的，杯子的種類也多，房間裏放置的除了兩瓶純凈水以外，還有星巴克咖啡及晚安粥，還能園區免費接送，還都是免費的!管家服務也很好，每次進出都有問候!

I stayed for 5 nights from this hotel. The staffs are very good and a lot of service mind. The hotel room is so clean and price is reasonable. The service from the hotel is beyond than my room expense. Very appreciate for all things
