It was a perfect place for a short weekend in Hermosillo. The staff was polite and the room was incredibly clean.

When we arrived, i notified staff that the blinds are missing…. They told me maintenance guy was out for the weekend and had no other room to accommodate me. I work at night so having no blinds to sleep in was TERRIBLE. Let alone, at night you could see everything inside, i have an 8year old daughter….no privacy at all !! Worst hotel i have stayed at

We had a great stay here for 3 nights.

What I like was close enough to see the tourist attraction. I didn’t like was the room was dirty. Floor was sticky and when the next room flashed the toilet it was loud enough to wake you. There was not enough towel provided. There was no fridge or coffee maker.

Convenient location and good for an overnight stay.

There was no water the first night, we got back to the room at around 2 am from a concert and were unable to shower/use the restroom or use any water at all. The day we checked out the water was still not running. We had a long way home and were unable to shower before leaving. The room smelled like sewer and I reported it as soon as we checked in, they were going to send maintenance but they never went, I ended up going to a nearby market to buy air freshener but the smell was too strong and did not even help. Worse experience ever and staff was not sympathetic or did anything to fix the issue. I requested to write a written complaint but the manager said she would just report it herself. Worst experience will not be going back. Staff was rude and did not follow up on calls and requests.
