Our accomodations, Arricefus, was off the normal shuttle route and required calling for a pickup. Room was spacious and well laid out. Lighting was poor, especially in bathroom. Should be one tv news channel in English

Very overwhelming place , staff are very friendly , but they don’t have enough support for transportation and makes it very inconvenient and stressful The all inclusive option is not worth it to pay due to the options are limited and not worth the price I paid for they don’t even provide water or drinks in your room This hotel I will say is a 3 star hotel, workers are very nice , but the quality of the food, transportation, facilities are not what I was expecting for the height price we paid to stay for 5 days

The entire property is dated, lacks lots of maintenance. The beach restaurant in playa Blanca has terrible service. The guard towards reception is a bully.

This property is a joke.. the main reception area is beautiful - barely anyone speaks english though - the beach, the pool are all great - the golf facility and food options are okay.. the reception check in took forever - was rough and worse of it all - since no one spoke english, no one could help us or get us umbrellas or help with the rooms while it was raining . the food options were very limited for vegetarians and worse of it all, the rooms was OLD and dates.. really pathetic - the rest room was bad - the beds were shaking - the tiles were cracked with mold by the sink. wont recommend this place

Good things: - Tasty food - Friendly staff -The place Thinsg to improve: - All inclusive package is not as expected, so ask first about what is included and what is not - We stayed 6 nights, and the TV cable didnt work the whole time

From the beginning it was a mess..almost n hour wait at front entrance to enter hotel n do check in..as we travelled by bus..then a very serious n sour recepcionist gives me the wrong room which she did not inform me about..phone was not working..no microwave which I find oatjetic n ridiculous..no towels for guests at beach area..shuttle wait too long.. restaurants close early..when i requested laye check out even if i had to pay bevause i fell n have an injury ..they rejected it..true struggle..this was my third time there n I wanted my son to see how beautiful jungle n beach there is but will be my last time..very rustic n they seem to only care about members

I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in this area of Costa Rica (Garabito). From the pictures, I thought the property was going to be small, but I was wrong! The property is huge, and although there are free shuttles around the resort, it is best to rent a golf cart so you can be on your own time. The golf cart rentals are on the property and you can rent a golf cart for under $60 a day. The golf cart was key to making our stay even more fun! The staff was pretty accommodating, sometimes things are unclear, but everyone is friendly and helpful. The food options are good, and with a short drive you can get some great seafood outside the resort. Jaco is a short drive away and worth going out there for a night. The resort is quiet and things shut down a bit early at night, so if you are looking to "turn up" this resort is not the place (I was ok with that). Conveniently, there is also an ice cream shop and a small market on the property as well which is very convenient. I believe all of the rooms have refrigerators as well. Overall, great place to stay whether you are traveling alone, with friends or with family. There is something for everyone! Great pools, great bars and access to great beaches (especially Playa Blanca).
