We visited this property a few weeks ago and now this week, last time we gave 5 rating because of the hospitality, but now it is completely different, we are giving 3 stars only for the rooms, the service is average, and most important thing is that if you book through mm t they shorten the food menu, you are left with only 3 to 4 options, if you are planning to stay in more than two days then do not book, otherwise, you will get bored of eating the same food again and again.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stayed for just one week - but it was an experience! perfect room, lighting, view, sound system, bath tub, everything was great. The service was awesome too! this is one royal tulips indeed. I recommend it is best place to visit bind your memories.

It’s one of those huge and beautiful property where you feel relaxed and comfortable. It was a delight to be staying here. Food options are so many and the taste is so good. Breakfast spread is too good. Property is full of greenery and the spacious. Ample parking space. Took a bit of time in checking in. Pool is quite big and the sitting space is really nice. Good for families as well as corporations. Loved it

Very Bad Service….. No Hot water for shower…… No one to take an order for food….. Everytime we had to call on Reception n had to put an request for drinking water, for the food, etc….. The kitchen service was not receiving the calls also so that we could place an order…. The food was ok….. the thing i liked was just the staffs were very polite…..
