THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL!! PLEASE STAY HERE!! I dont even know where to start. The reception staff who is really amazing kind and humble and drive us to restaurants nearby for free!! Which iI am really grateful as Im a single mom traveling with my 10yr old son with 60kg luggaes😭 And the owner himself drove us to the railway station and helped us again with our luggage to our gate😭 and again at zero cost😭 I NEVER FIND SUCH HOSPITALITY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and I travel alot & We live in Dubai but Never met incridinle people and service like this in Anji!! They are really an angel sent❤️The HOMESTAY IS REALLY A PARADISE Our room is incredibly huge & comfortable & They make you coffee everyday!! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier—attentive. The reception guy service was exceptional, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. But we think he is the son of the owner yet very humble. He is always available to resolve any questions immediately and offered fantastic local recommendations and use google translate and really go Out his way to help us & drove us to the restaurants & horse ranch for free. Even its a quiet season, the they ensured our stay was comfortable and warm, displaying true warmth and professionalism. We had a really pleasant holiday at this resort. We enjoyed the lovely room and all the several facilities and activities available. Hot Spring are very nice. The food is delicious with multiple choices. The area is so quite and even with many people we were feeling the quite and clean environment. A personal thank you to all the staff, particularly to Mr.Kai. We were feeling like to have a personal assistant all the time and he is really professional and supportive with us. We will certainly visit again this resort for a longer holiday.

This hotel was designed with great intentions. the architecture is splendid, as are the surroundings. It's a great starting point to discover the region of Anji. However, as beautiful as the hills and the simplistic villas are, the hotel was let down by a relatively poor service. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. However, it was chronically understaffed, and it seems they don't understand what kind of gem they are running. As an example, we went to the bar multiple times. It was beautifully designed, provided a limited, but good enough choice of teas and alcoholic beverages. But it did not have a bar tender. Instead, we had to walk to the reception, ask for someone to come by, then go back and place our oder. We were served, but I felt like a burden to the staff. There was no music and no attempt to use the location and scenery to create a unique atmosphere. Instead, we were left alone, unattended in a quiet, empty room, that happened to look like a bar. One more thing: If you wish to have dinner, you need to order a day in advance.

This is truly our favorite resort, and we come here every month, sometimes even more often. Every single visit reminds us why this place feels like a second home. The staff are absolutely amazing, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make every stay perfect and effortless. We would especially like to mention our waiter, TIGER, who was outstanding. His service, attitude, and attention to detail made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We also had a wonderful barbecue experience, with everything fully prepared, provided, and helped by the staff, so we could simply relax and enjoy our time together. Breakfast is consistently excellent, rich, fresh, and delicious, and dinner at the restaurant is also very good and satisfying. The rooms are outstanding, honestly better than many 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The facilities are impressive and thoughtfully planned. The kids playground is amazing, our children played and enjoyed every minute there. The jacuzzi is available all year round, the swimming pool in summer is fantastic, and everything you need for true peace of mind is right here. And then there is the snow… the perfect cherry on top of the cake. This place delivers unforgettable mountain experiences every time, and we cannot wait to come back again.

There was a small mistake during our stay, but the way the hotel handled it truly impressed us. We would especially like to thank 徐云 and 王永芳 for their kindness and constant support throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We are also deeply grateful to the manager, 罗会军, whose exceptional care truly stood out. What touched us the most was their genuine hospitality. When we were leaving, we couldn’t find a taxi, and the manager personally drove us down the mountain. This level of service is rare and unforgettable. Throughout our stay, the staff were always helpful, kind, and attentive to every detail. It felt like we were not just guests, but truly valued visitors. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, warm hospitality, and a memorable experience. We will definitely come back again!

This hotel is much more than just a place to stay — it is a complete family holiday destination designed around children, imagination and creating unforgettable memories. 🌟 Exceptional Service from Shi Jun — A True Credit to the Hotel Before arriving, I honestly considered cancelling our reservation due to communication difficulties. However, one person completely changed our experience — Shi Jun from the front desk team. Shi Jun demonstrated truly exceptional hospitality. Through WeChat, he patiently communicated with us, answered every question and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He helped us when we were close to giving up on the reservation, arranged room changes, helped find a suitable place for me to work, assisted when we needed to visit the hospital, and continued to care about every detail of our family’s needs. His professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for guests represent the very best of hospitality. Shi Jun is a young man who is a true credit to Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel. For his service alone, I would give 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. 🌟 Beautiful, Spacious and Immaculately Clean Rooms The room was one of the biggest highlights of our stay. It was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. The family design created a warm and welcoming environment, with excellent bedding, a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of space for parents and children. For families travelling with young children, cleanliness and comfort are essential — and Fantasy Jialebi Theme Hotel truly delivered. 🍳 Excellent and Abundant Breakfast The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food suitable for both adults and children. The variety was impressive and provided a great start to each day. 👨👩👧 A Wonderful Family-Friendly Environment The greatest strength of this hotel is its understanding of families. Everything is designed with children in mind, creating a place where children can feel excited, happy and full of imagination. Our child especially enjoyed the family atmosphere, and it was wonderful to see so many families creating happy memories together. ❤️ Great Potential with Some Areas for Improvement The hotel has an excellent foundation: beautiful rooms, a fantastic concept, wonderful family facilities and a great location. With some improvements, it has the potential to become one of the best family resorts in Anji. 🌍 International Guest Communication As an international guest, communication was sometimes challenging. Unfortunately, none of the staff members we met could speak English, and some were reluctant to use translation tools. Basic English support or greater willingness to use translation applications would greatly improve the experience for overseas visitors. 🧑🍳 Breakfast Service Professionalism Although breakfast was excellent, we noticed the chef using his phone in the breakfast area during service time. For a family resort with such great potential, maintaining professionalism in all public areas is important. 🌙 Night Reception Service At approximately 5:00 am, we needed assistance because our room key required reactivation. Unfortunately, nobody was immediately available at reception. A 24-hour guest service presence would improve the overall experience. 🚗 Arrival Experience The entrance creates the first impression. We noticed the security staff member appeared distracted using his phone and smoking rather than actively welcoming guests.
