今年のクリスマスにこのトレジャーホテルを発見し、家族を連れてこのタイプの脱出ホテルを体験してきました。到着した瞬間から、ホテルのクリスマスの雰囲気と行き届いたサービスにとても惹かれました。まず、ホテルの外観がとても素敵です。夜にホテルに到着したとき、日本建築と明るい照明が独特で印象的な景色を作り出し、とても気に入りました。ホテルのデザインは周囲の環境に溶け込み、高級感と調和を感じさせます。デザイン性に富んだロビー空間、フロントのスタッフは温かくフレンドリー、ホテル特製のキンモクセイのライスミルク（ちょっと薄味です、はははは）を注いでくれたり、温かいおしぼりを出してくれたり、外気温はマイナス２度で超寒いのですが、しかし、人々はとても温かく、常に笑顔で、細心の注意を払ったサービスで人々を居心地よく感じさせます。客室のレイアウトは合理的で、家具や寝具は大手ブランドのものを使用しており、洗練された優雅さを感じさせます。最も重要なのは景観が美しく、床から天井までの窓から山や森の景色を楽しむことができます。ここ数日、毎日朝起きるとベッドに太陽の光が当たる温かさを感じていて、何とも言えない幸せを感じています。ホテルの設備も一流です。ジムの設備が充実しており、プールは広くて透明なのでのびのび泳ぐことができ、泳いだ後はバーで温かい赤ワインを飲みながら一日の疲れを癒すことができます。ホテルには高級レストランもあり、安吉料理はとても美味しいです。最後に、私がここまで書いたのはこのホテルのサービスのおかげです。ホテルのフロントデスクのスタッフのサービスの質を称賛したいと思います。常に笑顔で、常に私のニーズに耳を傾けて答え、問題を迅速かつ効率的に解決します。相談するときも、レストランで食事するときも、料理を注文するときも、本当に親身になって心配りをしてくださり、友達のような温かさを感じます。ペトルス ホテルのおかげで、今年のクリスマスは素晴らしいものになりました。高評価と推薦をする価値があります。

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL!! PLEASE STAY HERE!! I dont even know where to start. The reception staff who is really amazing kind and humble and drive us to restaurants nearby for free!! Which iI am really grateful as Im a single mom traveling with my 10yr old son with 60kg luggaes😭 And the owner himself drove us to the railway station and helped us again with our luggage to our gate😭 and again at zero cost😭 I NEVER FIND SUCH HOSPITALITY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and I travel alot & We live in Dubai but Never met incridinle people and service like this in Anji!! They are really an angel sent❤️The HOMESTAY IS REALLY A PARADISE Our room is incredibly huge & comfortable & They make you coffee everyday!! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier—attentive. The reception guy service was exceptional, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. But we think he is the son of the owner yet very humble. He is always available to resolve any questions immediately and offered fantastic local recommendations and use google translate and really go Out his way to help us & drove us to the restaurants & horse ranch for free. Even its a quiet season, the they ensured our stay was comfortable and warm, displaying true warmth and professionalism. 我覺得酒店裝潢挺好看的，環境很不錯很出片，公區泳池也很不錯，我們房間的私湯區環境也很好，這次是帶娃出行，房間帶私湯就很方便玩水，寶寶玩的很開心，服務也很周到，有管家，有什麼需求管家都會及時迴應解決，而且酒店的小桃子很好吃！！非常好吃！早餐食材很新鮮，酒店的飯菜也很好吃，下次如果去安吉還是會選擇這家，真的很不錯！推薦推薦。

This hotel was designed with great intentions. the architecture is splendid, as are the surroundings. It's a great starting point to discover the region of Anji. However, as beautiful as the hills and the simplistic villas are, the hotel was let down by a relatively poor service. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. However, it was chronically understaffed, and it seems they don't understand what kind of gem they are running. As an example, we went to the bar multiple times. It was beautifully designed, provided a limited, but good enough choice of teas and alcoholic beverages. But it did not have a bar tender. Instead, we had to walk to the reception, ask for someone to come by, then go back and place our oder. We were served, but I felt like a burden to the staff. There was no music and no attempt to use the location and scenery to create a unique atmosphere. Instead, we were left alone, unattended in a quiet, empty room, that happened to look like a bar. One more thing: If you wish to have dinner, you need to order a day in advance.

The rooms are extraordinary — sleeping here genuinely feels like being inside a luxury cabin on an ocean liner, yet with the comfort, silence, and space of a high-end retreat. What makes this place unforgettable is its setting: tranquil and secluded, yet perfectly positioned to explore everything Anji has to offer. You feel away from the world, but never far from it. To stay here is to experience something rare — a place that doesn’t try to impress, yet quietly outshines everything around it. Many nearby hotels feel conventional by comparison; this one feels imagined, designed, and delivered with vision. 11/10 – beyond expectations, beyond category. A destination I would not just recommend, but insist on. Without question, one of my top travel discoveries for 2026. As we sat outside on the man-made beach overlooking the beautiful pond, framed by rolling mountains, a golf buggy passed by. The driver, Ben, stopped and kindly asked if we would like to take a ride around the hotel grounds. What followed was unforgettable. We set off together and immediately began to ascend into the mountain areas, where the landscape opened up into something extraordinary. We were surrounded by peach trees, olive trees, and endless tea plantations stretching across the hillsides. The scenery felt untouched and alive. Stunning waterfalls cascaded down rock faces, and wildlife was everywhere — fish moving through clear waters, turtles basking quietly, geese and ducks gliding freely across ponds and streams. It felt like a living ecosystem woven seamlessly into the resort itself. At the peak, we reached the most incredible lookout observatory and restaurant, offering panoramic views over Anji and far beyond. The vistas were vast and layered, mountains fading into the distance under a calm, open sky. To top it all off, there is even a zip line (rip cord) for those brave enough to ascend and descend in style — an exhilarating contrast to the serenity below. Throughout it all, Ben’s kindness, warmth, and care were extraordinary, and perfectly matched the beauty of the experience. His generosity of spirit elevated the entire journey. A stay that moves from ship-like luxury, to lakeside tranquillity, to mountain adventure — all within a single, seamless experience. Simply unforgettable.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. There was a small mistake during our stay, but the way the hotel handled it truly impressed us. They sincerely apologized and kindly offered us complimentary drinks and fresh fruits, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We would especially like to thank 徐云 and 王永芳 for their kindness and constant support throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We are also deeply grateful to the manager, 罗会军, whose exceptional care truly stood out. What touched us the most was their genuine hospitality. When we were leaving, we couldn’t find a taxi, and the manager personally drove us down the mountain. This level of service is rare and unforgettable. Throughout our stay, the staff were always helpful, kind, and attentive to every detail. It felt like we were not just guests, but truly valued visitors. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, warm hospitality, and a memorable experience. We will definitely come back again!

I booked this hotel, but there was some mistake in booking which was solved by the owner and we got a nice room on the third floor next to our friends room ☺️ The hotel is made with love. Each detail is thoughtful. It makes you feel at home. The tap with drinking water, electric blankets for heating (really helped us during the cold days). The kitchen that can be used for cooking and friendly English speaking hosts☺️ Everything just set perfectly for that stay. Wish to come back again and enjoy a good time. ☺️

房間非常的好，然後空間很大，有個大陽台，狗狗可以在外面四處溜達，然後四處的玩，但是最好看一下天氣，因為我們如果下雨的話，就是户外的那個地方使用率就不高了，當然這個跟酒店無關，然後我們衹要挑好天氣，然後去玩的話，它的晚上的話，你可以跟朋友在一起在那個露台的位置，然後去燒烤啊，或者是喝喝酒，然後呃可以玩，然後白天的話那裡的面積也非常的大，其實外面露台將近半個房間的大小，那這樣的話，呃，狗狗也可以在可控的範圍內玩耍，然後跟朋友一起聚會，非常不錯的一個選擇。

The hotel lady is very nice, polite and welcoming. As they saw that I was pregnant, they offered to help carry our bags to our room. The view from the room is lovely. Bathtub on the balcony is relaxing and can enjoy the nice view at the same time. I read some reviews about bugs. This homestay is in the middle of nature, so naturally you can expect bugs to be around. We were lucky with only one flying bug in our bedroom. Some minor things, like the door handle of the bathroom door wasn’t securely fastened and the bathtub leaked a bit. But it was nothing major. The pool could maybe use a bit of a shady area, as it gets quite hot on sunny days and there is nowhere to relax in the pool in the shade. This is just a tip. We enjoyed the pool either way. There is a wonderful view from the pool and the water was nice and cool.
