今年のクリスマスにこのトレジャーホテルを発見し、家族を連れてこのタイプの脱出ホテルを体験してきました。到着した瞬間から、ホテルのクリスマスの雰囲気と行き届いたサービスにとても惹かれました。まず、ホテルの外観がとても素敵です。夜にホテルに到着したとき、日本建築と明るい照明が独特で印象的な景色を作り出し、とても気に入りました。ホテルのデザインは周囲の環境に溶け込み、高級感と調和を感じさせます。デザイン性に富んだロビー空間、フロントのスタッフは温かくフレンドリー、ホテル特製のキンモクセイのライスミルク（ちょっと薄味です、はははは）を注いでくれたり、温かいおしぼりを出してくれたり、外気温はマイナス２度で超寒いのですが、しかし、人々はとても温かく、常に笑顔で、細心の注意を払ったサービスで人々を居心地よく感じさせます。客室のレイアウトは合理的で、家具や寝具は大手ブランドのものを使用しており、洗練された優雅さを感じさせます。最も重要なのは景観が美しく、床から天井までの窓から山や森の景色を楽しむことができます。ここ数日、毎日朝起きるとベッドに太陽の光が当たる温かさを感じていて、何とも言えない幸せを感じています。ホテルの設備も一流です。ジムの設備が充実しており、プールは広くて透明なのでのびのび泳ぐことができ、泳いだ後はバーで温かい赤ワインを飲みながら一日の疲れを癒すことができます。ホテルには高級レストランもあり、安吉料理はとても美味しいです。最後に、私がここまで書いたのはこのホテルのサービスのおかげです。ホテルのフロントデスクのスタッフのサービスの質を称賛したいと思います。常に笑顔で、常に私のニーズに耳を傾けて答え、問題を迅速かつ効率的に解決します。相談するときも、レストランで食事するときも、料理を注文するときも、本当に親身になって心配りをしてくださり、友達のような温かさを感じます。ペトルス ホテルのおかげで、今年のクリスマスは素晴らしいものになりました。高評価と推薦をする価値があります。

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL!! PLEASE STAY HERE!! I dont even know where to start. The reception staff who is really amazing kind and humble and drive us to restaurants nearby for free!! Which iI am really grateful as Im a single mom traveling with my 10yr old son with 60kg luggaes😭 And the owner himself drove us to the railway station and helped us again with our luggage to our gate😭 and again at zero cost😭 I NEVER FIND SUCH HOSPITALITY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and I travel alot & We live in Dubai but Never met incridinle people and service like this in Anji!! They are really an angel sent❤️The HOMESTAY IS REALLY A PARADISE Our room is incredibly huge & comfortable & They make you coffee everyday!! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier—attentive. The reception guy service was exceptional, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. But we think he is the son of the owner yet very humble. He is always available to resolve any questions immediately and offered fantastic local recommendations and use google translate and really go Out his way to help us & drove us to the restaurants & horse ranch for free. Even its a quiet season, the they ensured our stay was comfortable and warm, displaying true warmth and professionalism. We booked this hotel because we had seen a lengthy review from another guest who seemed to enjoy their stay. For starters check in was quick, the staff are friendly. Manager CiCi/Sisi (经理) and her team are the best. 滑索(Zipline) What attracted us to the hotel was their zipline experience however it turns out the equipment was broken. Though a day before we had inquired about being able to zip line and we were not informed about this, so we were quite sad. Amenities The amenities aren’t many, probably because the hotel is undergoing maintenance however what’s available is still satisfactory, though it does get quite boring especially in the summer heat when outdoor activities aren’t ideal. Gym is standard Laundry room is okay too Breakfast is satisfactory,nothing too fancy If you need a change of scenery or access to other amenities, I recommend going to JW Marriott it’s 5 minutes away. We had our buffet dinner there, as Anji Treasure Island Nautical hotel (VOCO) doesn’t provide any other meals apart from breakfast. By the way, this hotel is apparently becoming an IHG so I hope our next experience will match IHG standards. Additionally one of the other guests was smoking in the hallway indoor, and entered the elevator with a lit cigarette. Even the staff hadn’t paid attention to it. I hope, as a future IHG hotel they pay close attention to such issues, otherwise it loses credibility. (P.S I’m not blaming the staff but there need to be some smoke detectors especially for indoor smoking ) Environment It’s very quiet, rooms are sound proofed. The exterior environment is very refreshing especially if you came with a purpose of relaxation. Service No complaints, they are amazing . The chefs, waiters, waitresses, receptionist, manager , 保安 all good I hope in the next months when renovations are complete we visit again. We missed our zipline experience and we want to come back for it 😭

We had a fabulous time at Ke Gamer. I always prefer booking boutique hotels with character and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed our afternoon tea and photo session, dinner at the main restaurant was also flavourful and homey. Great choicr for our mother-daughter trip 👍

This hotel was designed with great intentions. the architecture is splendid, as are the surroundings. It's a great starting point to discover the region of Anji. However, as beautiful as the hills and the simplistic villas are, the hotel was let down by a relatively poor service. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. However, it was chronically understaffed, and it seems they don't understand what kind of gem they are running. As an example, we went to the bar multiple times. It was beautifully designed, provided a limited, but good enough choice of teas and alcoholic beverages. But it did not have a bar tender. Instead, we had to walk to the reception, ask for someone to come by, then go back and place our oder. We were served, but I felt like a burden to the staff. There was no music and no attempt to use the location and scenery to create a unique atmosphere. Instead, we were left alone, unattended in a quiet, empty room, that happened to look like a bar. One more thing: If you wish to have dinner, you need to order a day in advance.

説是為躲避上海的酷暑，到湖州安吉的雲谷溪境來享清涼。其實也是為彌補本月初皖南遊未盡之缺憾。 經過一路盤山道的顛簸，終於到了入住的安吉之巔·九畝雲町懸崖泳池度假民宿，一進酒店大門便有種豁然開朗感覺，整個酒店顯得特別寬敞有氣勢，無邊泳池和大露台正對的東方，絕佳的位置和開闊的視野，無疑成為了整片山巔觀賞日出位置最好的一家民宿。 每位民宿的主人因自身的學識背景，經濟狀況和三觀等因素，決定了他（她）的經營理念，最終體現在對待客人態度温度的好壞高低。冷眼相待自然極少見，總體不冷不熱按常規操作是大多數。而生意旺人氣足除了本身的地理位置和設施等硬件之外，往往真心誠意看重善待每一位客户，高標準規範管理真正落到實處，在目前同質化競爭激烈的當下，這樣的軟實力往往起到了至關重要的決定作用。 我們車一到，管家服務生就主動到門口迎接。每次見到客人都自覺起身笑臉相迎，帶客人看房也會先敲門等這些星級賓館的管理標準，在我所遇到的民宿中並不多見。為我們解決問題跑上跑下毫無怨言，滿臉寫着發自內心的真誠讓人倍感温暖，在此，我要感謝羅主管，尤其要給小徐和小崔兩位年輕的服務生點個大大的贊，感謝你們讓我們有了這次美好的體驗。

I booked this hotel, but there was some mistake in booking which was solved by the owner and we got a nice room on the third floor next to our friends room ☺️ The hotel is made with love. Each detail is thoughtful. It makes you feel at home. The tap with drinking water, electric blankets for heating (really helped us during the cold days). The kitchen that can be used for cooking and friendly English speaking hosts☺️ Everything just set perfectly for that stay. Wish to come back again and enjoy a good time. ☺️

A Hidden Gem in the Mountains – Exceptional Service! This hotel is an absolute treasure, nestled beautifully in the mountains. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-kept, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. Though they don’t speak much English, they went above and beyond to communicate with us via WeChat, ensuring we felt welcome and understood. They surprised us with a room upgrade and took care of every little detail—adjusting the pool temperature when they noticed it was too cold, providing Western food options, and even recommending the best local activities and restaurants. Their kindness and dedication made our trip so special. We’re truly grateful for their hospitality and will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with outstanding service!

We had an amazing stay! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming — always smiling and making us feel at home. We were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade and unlimited bottled water during our stay. They also prepared a delicious lunch for us at a very affordable price. The place itself is perfect for a quiet weekend in the mountains, surrounded by peace and nature. On top of that, the owner even offered to drive us to the nearest coffee shop with her car. Truly a wonderful experience with very friendly people — highly recommended!
