GgirlfromarsBeautiful resort with modern and clean amenities. View from the room was amazing.
The best part of the stay was the team of incredibly warm and lovely staff who look great care of us and our little one, from the receptionist to the pool lady, cleaning ladies, restaurant team etc. We also had sweet dessert and fruits sent to the room in a hot flask daily.
The bubble machine was faulty on day 2 of our stay and when the hotel staff found out we had a family photoshoot planned that day, they immediately called for someone to fix it so that we could have additional props for pictures, which was very sweet and thoughtful.
The only downside is that there isn’t very much to do within the hotel or neighbourhood and there is only 1 restaurant (although they are happy to take any special requests for food off the menu. We asked for 小龙虾 for example). Families would enjoy the well equipped kids playroom and activities they provide in the garden (kite flying, sky lanterns, bubble machine, balls etc.)

The reception staff who is really amazing kind and humble and drive us to restaurants nearby for free!! Which iI am really grateful as Im a single mom traveling with my 10yr old son with 60kg luggaes😭 And the owner himself drove us to the railway station and helped us again with our luggage to our gate😭 and again at zero cost😭 I NEVER FIND SUCH HOSPITALITY ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD and I travel alot & We live in Dubai but Never met incridinle people and service like this in Anji!! They are really an angel sent❤️The HOMESTAY IS REALLY A PARADISE Our room is incredibly huge & comfortable & They make you coffee everyday!! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-tier—attentive. The reception guy service was exceptional, making us feel pampered throughout our stay. But we think he is the son of the owner yet very humble. He is always available to resolve any questions immediately and offered fantastic local recommendations and use google translate and really go
Out his way to help us & drove us to the restaurants & horse ranch for free. Even its a quiet season, the they ensured our stay was comfortable and warm, displaying true warmth and professionalism. 土曜日に到着し、旅行でお腹が空いていて素晴らしい食事を期待してレストランのテーブルを予約しました。彼らはこれがセットメニューであることは言わず（部屋に含まれているパッケージのみ）、料理を選ぶことも、グルテンフリーの食事について説明することもできませんでした。最初にパンが来ました（食べられませんでした、グルテンです）。次にキノコのチキンスープが出てきましたが、飲み込むのが困難でした。塩が多すぎて、チキンはゴムのようでした。次に、そこのバージョンのキムチが出てきましたが、まあまあでした。次にエビが出てきましたが、衣をつけて（グルテンです）、マヨネーズで覆われていました。その後、塩が多すぎるスパイシーなビーフ料理と食べられない野菜料理が出てきました。この時点で私たちは帰ることにし、代わりに食事のデリバリー料金を支払うことにしました。私たちを助けてくれた店員にこの情報を伝えると、彼は私に「あなたは外国人ですが、チキンウィングとステーキのどちらがお好みですか？」とメッセージを送ってきました。私は中国に10年住んでいますが、こんなに失礼なことを言われたことはありませんでした。その後、雨が止んだので彼女は温泉に浸かって焚き火をしたいと言いましたが、その晩はできないと言われました。その時私はWeChatを追加し、彼女は彼を削除したので、もうこんなに失礼な人と話さなくて済みました。彼と連絡を取っているのに、彼がまだ何度も私のガールフレンドになろうとしたのは奇妙でした。とても失礼です!! その時点でサービスがいかに不十分であったかを説明すると、彼はもっと努力してくれて、私たちは外でリラックスした夜を楽しむことができました。翌日、私たちは二度とそのような経験をしたくなかったのでレストランには行かず、再びデリバリーサービスを注文しました。デリバリーの料理はまともでした。チェックアウトする前に朝食のためにもう一度ホテル内のレストランを試しましたが、これもひどいものでした。冷たい*、ベーコン、ソーセージ。パンの種類は豊富でしたが、私たちは食べられませんでした (グルテン) ので、出発前にヨーグルトの容器とコーヒーをいただきました。
滞在中に、店員が町の素敵なティーショップまで車で連れて行ってくれました。店員は私たちをその場所まで連れて行ってくれて、お店選びを手伝ってくれました。店員はとてもフレンドリーで親切で、お茶の違いを説明してくれたり、お得な情報を提供してくれたりしました。結局、お茶を 2 箱買って帰りました。
全体的に、この高すぎる料金で虚偽の宣伝をしているホテルでの滞在は楽しめませんでした。これは確かに、支払った金額に見合うものが得られなかった例です。私たちよりも幸運を祈っています。

AaaatubuaaaThis hotel was designed with great intentions. the architecture is splendid, as are the surroundings. It's a great starting point to discover the region of Anji. However, as beautiful as the hills and the simplistic villas are, the hotel was let down by a relatively poor service. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. However, it was chronically understaffed, and it seems they don't understand what kind of gem they are running. As an example, we went to the bar multiple times. It was beautifully designed, provided a limited, but good enough choice of teas and alcoholic beverages. But it did not have a bar tender. Instead, we had to walk to the reception, ask for someone to come by, then go back and place our oder. We were served, but I felt like a burden to the staff. There was no music and no attempt to use the location and scenery to create a unique atmosphere. Instead, we were left alone, unattended in a quiet, empty room, that happened to look like a bar.
One more thing: If you wish to have dinner, you need to order a day in advance.

匿匿名ユーザー素晴らしい景色を望む広い部屋で、週末をリラックスして過ごせます。広大な敷地とスポーツ施設。夕食はまあまあでした - ホテルとは別に西洋料理、日本料理、広東料理のレストランとティーハウスもあり、より多くの選択肢を提供しているのは良かったです（そこに着くまで徒歩約15分またはゴルフバギー）。朝食は非常に良い選択肢がありますが、不足しています。まともなジュースとコーヒーにのみ。プールはうまく運営されており、泳げない子供たちはメインレーンをブロックするのではなく、スプラッシュプールを使用するように求められました。
サービスは全体的にフレンドリーで親切で、温かい歓迎、部屋のアップグレードとレイトチェックアウトをしてくれたシンディ、そして私の水泳の上達を助けてくれたライフガードに特に感謝しています。 F&B スタッフのトレーニングを改善することは、さらにできることでしょう。全体として、強くお勧めします - 事前に「オールインクルーシブ」料金を予約する必要はありません - 必要に応じて現地で追加できます (大人 1 日あたり 600、子供 450)

MMK0106I booked this hotel, but there was some mistake in booking which was solved by the owner and we got a nice room on the third floor next to our friends room ☺️ The hotel is made with love. Each detail is thoughtful. It makes you feel at home. The tap with drinking water, electric blankets for heating (really helped us during the cold days). The kitchen that can be used for cooking and friendly English speaking hosts☺️ Everything just set perfectly for that stay. Wish to come back again and enjoy a good time. ☺️

This hotel is an absolute treasure, nestled beautifully in the mountains. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-kept, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff.
Though they don’t speak much English, they went above and beyond to communicate with us via WeChat, ensuring we felt welcome and understood. They surprised us with a room upgrade and took care of every little detail—adjusting the pool temperature when they noticed it was too cold, providing Western food options, and even recommending the best local activities and restaurants.
Their kindness and dedication made our trip so special. We’re truly grateful for their hospitality and will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with outstanding service!

特意選了山頂位置，正對峽谷的C位景色，視野很開闊！
民宿配套設施齊全，無邊泳池可以玩槳板，躺椅上喝着飲品放空一下午，隨手就能拍出絕美峽谷泳池大片。負一層還有桌球、乒乓、健身、麻將，全家老小的喜好都能兼顧。懸崖鞦韆、花房都超好出片，氛圍感拉滿。院裏可以投喂小鹿，小朋友特別喜歡。
房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適度滿分，山裡靜謐的環境，淺眠也能安穩入睡。體驗感不錯，暑假還要再來安吉九畝雲町！

ゲゲスト今年第二次住這家店了，上次去山上滑雪下雪天路過直接訂的，住的有點匆忙，沒好好享受山上的風景，最近不忙特意來再體驗一下，再次享受一下這純天然的森林氧吧
先要説一下服務體驗，私湯、下午茶、早餐體驗都很不錯。還有提供歡迎水果和安吉白茶、紅茶體驗，這邊好像是安吉高山白茶發源地了吧，口感很不錯。
再要説一下吃飯問題，山上吃飯的地方不多，這家店的農家菜做的口感真的很好啦，都不用特意跑出去吃飯，直接店裡吃了兩頓，體驗感滿滿，建議大家提前訂餐，第一天臨時點菜可選性不多，問了一下小管家，山上都是早晨下山買菜，當天買當天用，所以一般民宿客人都要提前預約，所以當天晚上吃完以後預約了第二天的午餐吃的就很豐盛了～
風景方面就不多説了，看照片啦，一天之內可以體驗不同的風景，照片都是手機直出的，想附近打卡的還有一個藤原豆腐店也挺出片的，開車幾分鐘就到了。忘了説了，晚上星空也是必不可少的一項體驗內容（我這黑漆漆的夜空裏大家能看到星星嗎？）～
最後不得不給民宿老闆一點建議，民宿停車場前面這個平台妥妥是個超級網紅打卡點，現在還沒裝修，結果路過的車都要特意停下來拍照，必須強烈建議民宿儘快設計好，好風景攔都攔不住的（上次下雪拍的照片，攔住了還是站滿了人（´∀`）～再然後一樓進門這兒還是很特別的一個小生態，遺憾的是沒看到裏面有小動物，有點小動物一定會更有感覺些，期待下次再來打卡能有新的驚喜體驗!!!

YYaelWe had the best vacation!! The service was outstanding ( We don’t speak Chinese and everyone was so kind and helpful). The location is also amazing, walking distance from the “Skyland Park”. The breakfast was also very good (  multi Western and Chinese options). Highly recommended ❤️ The kids already ask when are we coming back 😆
