It’s $5 per ride and it’s worth it. It takes you around the resort and the view is stunning! Our 20 months baby enjoys the ride. There’s live music in the lobby lounge area at night and plenty of seating too. We didn't get to try it this time but will definitely be back to try it next time. I believe reservation is needed. There's an entertainment zone but unfortunately there's a private event for the Saturday we stayed so we didn't get to check them out. We will definitely be back again and next time we'll stay longer.
Had a one night stay to visit family that were in town. The hotel was clean and quiet. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished. We had to request extra linens after discovering there was enough for one person (three in the room). The morning breakfast was well stocked. I thought there would be an issue with noise coming from the gas station. This was the total opposite.
We are here right now and I am disguested and disappointed with this hotel. We are in room 233 and when we got into the room, the first thing we noticed was that the carpet floor was soppy wet and then when we walked from the wet carpet onto the tile, it left dirty footprints because the carpet is so filthy. I will not let my children walk around without shoes. The tile is not even clean and is sticky when you walk across it. I'd hoped the balcony would make up for it but it is the worst view I have ever seen, looking into a run down utility area and what looks like an electrical substation over the fence, complete with rotting random boards that look like they've been laying there for years. After we got in the bed, the fridge started making this horrendous noise. Reservation for 3 people, but only 2 towels for the bath. They don't give you those little shampoo bottles, and instead have shampoo dispensers stuck to the shower wall, and of course ours is not only caked about with old shampoo that wasn't cleaned off, but after I cleaned it off, it was totally clogged, so I didn't even get to wash my hair good. Lots of things about the room look dated, like the door handles that have little tinges of rust, and the fire/sprinkler on the bathroom wall that is rusting through the thick layers of paint. There were many things that weren't clean to standard, with crumbs and hairs in the corners. I am sad we wasted a day here, and even though we have reservations for another day, I'm considering abandoning the 2nd day reservation to stay elsewhere. We have checked the coffee 3 times since getting here, and not once was the coffee in the lobby hot. I am not usually a complainer, and this is only about the 2nd hotel review I've ever left.
OMG - this hotel is amazing! We went for my mom’s 83rd and while we stay here twice a year, this experience was phenomenal thanks to Devon. Not only did she and Michael give me the perfect room, she gave my parents their dream room! This is the best hotel with a boutique feel and all the wants and needs you have. The pool bar staff is phenomenal- tysm Trent and Neil and to the lovely young ladies making coffee every morning- you rock too. The cleaning staff and maintenance staff is off the charts- hurry up and book now- you sooo won’t be disappointed.
ゲゲストWe booked three nights, stayed only two. It was a special birthday weekend for my wife. We booked Comfort Suites because we thought it was top end for Choice Hotels. It was one of our worst experiences in traveling for more than 60 years. To start with, the breakfast was terrible. There never was a complete breakfast. Eggs but out of bacon. The next day, just the opposite. Sugar free syrup for a waffle was like water. Tried cereal - no milk, just two empty containers. When I finally found someone to get the milk,it took forever for him to do it. No bread for toast, except for two pieces of stale bread in the tray. The worst part was the heating and air conditioning unit. We are both in our mid 80s and like it warmer than most. Set the AC for 75 and it kept reverting back to somewhere between 67 or 72. After the first night of getting up frequently to either turn the unit on or off ,manually to try to maintain a comfortable (their maintenance person was off that day and they had no one else to fix it) temperature, we finally decided to end our stay after two nights. Since we had used some reward points for a better room rate, the front desk person said we had to call Choice to get it changed and refunded. I called Choice and was told they would not refund the last, unused night money, but would refund the rewards. Big deal. After this experience, I wouldn’t stay in a choice hotel again if it was free. Other minor nuisances were there was only one small towel bar near the sink. None for the tub. No guide for the television, you just had to surf channels in hopes of finding something worthwhile. We tried to stick it out for the third night since we couldn’t get a refund but common sense prevailed and we went home after two nights. The clerk offered us a different room but odds were it would be the same and then there was the lousy breakfast. Home now in a comfortable temperature and looking forward to a breakfast tomorrow that won’t remind me of the bivouac meals that I had in the service. I’ve been traveling for over 60 years and can’t remember a worse experience. And $527 plus reward points for three nights of torture.
