Another Amazing experience, the food is amazing and facilities. Beautiful views don't matter which room you get. The staff are absolutely on top of either thing great customer service. The Bar staff what can we say so efficient even when the bar was full you never really waited great attentiveness and energy thank you Alex and Martin

Incredibly attentive staff, beautiful accommodations, delicious food! The check-in/out process was very efficient., we booked Red Level. That is speaking from mind, from my heart it was a magical escape for few days with my husband and we enjoyed every moment. There is a natural welcoming and sexy vibe to the hotel and island.

This is a wonderful hotel which offers a truly memorable experience. From start to finish staff are kind, respectful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They are so professional. The decor and ambience is beautiful and it has a privileged location right at the water’s edge. The dining is varied and the food and its presentation is excellent. There is a very stylish vibe about the whole layout and you feel very pampered staying at this idyllic hotel. I really can’t recommend it enough. We will definitely be back, a wonderful experience.

I seldom write a review. For our 4 day trip to Mallorca I researched hotels extensively because I had long dreamed of visiting Mallorca. I have traveled throughout the world and the United States. This hotel is at the top of my list. We upgraded to Red Level and found it to be a wise choice! I am a pillow snob and these at the hotel were most excellent! I’m just sorry I forgot to ask if I could purchase a few. Blanca made my friend and I feel like royalty. She made our stay very memorable. The outdoor area was exquisite and only a short taxi drive into Old Town Palma and we had a nice afternoon in Valldemossa. The Spa is very nice and the water features were most enjoyable!

We were lucky enough for this to be our second week long visit to this amazing Hotel this year. The hotel was immaculate and keeps getting better with every visit. The views and colours of the sea and sky at sunrise and sunset will stay with me forever ! We stayed in 609 this time, it was spotless, cleaned beautifully with a fully restock of the gorgeous Carner products. Breakfast is perfect with Blanca welcoming you alongside the piano playing tunes ! We loved the Red level terrace add ons and were given fab drinks and snacks by Martin & Moses every evening. Pool guys - Xavier, Martin, Victor & Guillermo were super friendly and welcoming. Rali & Franciso are wonderful. Special thanks goes to Fran ( Argentina ) for looking after us by the pool so beautifully and also to Noelle in reception, who went beyond and above to find me a copy of the Hotel de Mar 60th anniversary book alongside a lovely card. We will back as soon as we can. It is a truly special place with wonderful staff.

I’m here now with my mum and sister this hotel is AMAZING this is the best hotel I have ever been to and I’m a travel agent who has travelled all over the world. We are in the red level the check in was amazing the reception girls were so helpful and anything they could do for us was no trouble at all. We got a Bali bed in for being in the red level which we have to today and yesterday a knock on the door with a present for each of us a lovely beach bag with a fan and water spray such a lovely touch. Then had the drinks on the terrace 5.30 to 7.30 over looking the sea wine/gin what ever we wanted included for the red level with canapés AMAZING and our waiter (I’ll get his name today ) so helpful friendly couldn’t do enough for us. Then had a meal in the hotel which was lovely then back to bed as we had an early start and a bottle of cava in the room for my sisters 50th. This is outstanding service and we only on day 2 and will be booking again next year today. Thank you so much for looking after us just such an amazing hotel service staff everything about it. Rachel

I have just returned from a 4 day break to this beautiful hotel. I went with my two daughters one of whom was celebrating her 50th birthday. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty! The staff, the room, the facilities and the whole environment were superb. One of my daughters is a Travel Councillors agent and has visited many hotels around the world,and she said it was the best hotel she has ever been in . I would like to thank every member of staff for making our holiday so special. We will be back next year !

Lovely 4 nights stay & celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary which turned out to be a quality evening all round food & service. Francisca gave us excellent customer service around the pool area along with his good sense of humour. Breakfast was good quality & great choice . Loved our room with a fantastic view & very comfy bed. Air conditioning we felt could have been slightly better we both thought, but we had quality nights sleeps. As been mentioned on here previously bit frustrating with sun beds being reserved early in morning only not to be used till later early afternoon. We booked B&B as we always like to venture out & support local businesses too & we had some great experiences dining out locally too. Thank you for a great break & thank you to your team. Ps Tom Jones was a added bonus such a lovely fella
