A really nice place to stay in Interlaken. Good rooms, clean, cosy, good bed and nice bathroom. It’s a really nice old house. Nice staff, very helpful. There is enough place in their parking garage. The kitchen is open and breakfast is good, simple, but good. If you want to visit Interlaken; this is a really good place to stay!

We considered to stay during five nights in a wonderful place like Brienz, and we choose the Alpenrose thanks to some good recommendations from friends We stayed in one of the traditinal hauses they manage next to the Hotel, and we enjoyed a wonderful stay, all in the appartment was very clean, both kitchen utensils and bed linens in perfect stay and cleans, Breakfast was included in price and was fantastic, not a huge breakfast buffet, but the most important, the quality of food, some of them made by them like jams and marmalades, next to a superb friendly and helpful service from the members of family owners of the complex.

Nos alojamos tres noches porque su ubicación es perfecta para visitar la zona. El check-in se puede hacer automático en una caseta enfrente del hotel que es tipo motel-apartamento, sin recepción. Pero si hay algún problema un par de calles se encuentra el hotel con recepción donde te atienden perfectamente. La habitación es amplia y con un balcón con vistas al Jungfrau. Muy limpio y cómodo. Con kettle para preparate un café o té. El parking exterior en la parte de atrás con plazas suficientes. El desayuno muy correcto y la chica que lo atendió muy amable. En el hotel puedes recoger bono gratuito para transporte público que viene genial para visitar Interlaken sin coche. Tiene una pizzería (bastante cara como todo en Suiza) enfrente que viene muy bien para cenar o llevarte la pizza al balcón de la habitación. En definitiva fue una gran elección para conocer la zona en un pueblo encantador muchísimo más tranquilo que Interlaken.

汚い編みこみの兄とフロントの若い女性はとても素敵で熱狂的です。ホテルは全体的に良いです、すなわち、朝食は比較的シンプルで、食べ過ぎないです。ホテルの階下は小さなスキーリゾートで、レンタルスキー用具やコーチもあり、とても便利で、景色もとても良いです！部屋もかなり広く、スーツケースを4〜5個広げても大丈夫です。

The hotel is located about 650m from Interlaken West station. It is a direct, flat and easy enough walk, even dragging suitcases behind you. It is an old, traditional style building, with 2 sections - front and rear - with the rear section possibly a bit quieter than the front, from a traffic perspective, but the road is not overly busy anyway. The rooms are a little dated, but comfortable. We (a couple) were upgraded to a family room (mezzanine second bedroom) in the rear section, although the main area was still relatively small. The room had a balcony, which is always nice, but no fridge or air con. Two portable fans were in the room and these were needed, in conjunction with an open balcony door, given the days were hot and nights warm. However, the important things were good - a comfortable bed and a good shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly; the predominantly cold breakfast was quite reasonable; there was a bar/lounge on the ground floor of the rear section; the Old Town was a 10 minute walk and there were a number of restaurants within the same 10 minute walk, so the location was fine. All in all, although not really modern, it was comfortable and it provided a pleasant stay.

Typical Swiss experience. Do not expect an American experience. Very polite staff, great breakfast and cozy room. Clean bathroom. Amazing view of the Alps even by been laying on the bed. Great location for train or car. Very close to train station and free parking on the sidewalk.

For those who don't often stay at hostels, it's normal to be worried what your experience will be sharing a room with strangers. But from the moment you walk into this establishment, you are in great hands. You'll get excellent customer service and be located in an amazing property. The bathrooms/showers were so clean. The outdoor space gives you some isolation to admire the views or do some work. The kitchen area was my favorite - it's so spacious so I highly recommend stocking up on food from the local supermarket. The rooms were comfortable and the guests were respectful of my sleeping schedule. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better experience and for a great price. I paid 3 times more for a smaller room in Lauterbrunnen for what I paid here. I'll definitely be coming back to Backpackers Villa.

We were hiking from Schynige platte til First, and had clearly underestimated the hike and perhaps overestimated our own ability. When we reached First, the gondola down to Grindelwald was closed (for anyone else, please note that they close it rather early (17:30-18:00-ish) considering how long a hike it is from Schynige Platte, and start as early as possible, since it takes quite some time to even reach Schynige Platte with the mountain train from Wilderswil). We called the hotel, to let them know, that we were coming but it would take some time, as we had to walk down from First on very sore legs. Steffie from the reception (sorry if this is not the correct spelling of your name) was incredible kind, and tried to help us as best as possible, and directed us to the hotel halfway down, where we could try to call for a taxi. We made it to the hotel, and as luck would have it, a taxi pulled in at the same time, as it was driving some people up to the hotel up there. If you should happen to end up in the same situation, try calling a taxi and see if they will go all the way up to First. It should be possible but will of course cost a bit to get them up there. The hike down to the hotel halfway down was quite steep, so hard on the knees. We were delighted to crawl into the taxi and get driven all the way to the hotel door. Here we met Steffie, who kindly offered to open up the spa area just for us, as it had closed before we were able to reach the hotel, and would not open until after we had to check out the next day. We were too tired at that point, and were in stead allowed to go in the spa the next day, despite having checked out at that point. We ordered some food from Steffie and got it sent up to our room, and enjoyed a meal, a nice bath and a comfortable bed. The next day, we enjoyed a very nice breakfast with champagne. Best of all was the employee cooking up omelets on order at the breakfast bar. We checked out. Stored our luggage at the hotel and went for a walk in town, before heading back to the hotel and enjoying the spa after it had opened. Steffie provided us with a key to the spa, and we were then lucky enough to be able to enjoy the spa all to ourselves. Definitely recommend using it when it opens up around noon if you have the opportunity. The infinity pool was just amazing in the sunlight and with the mountains in the background. Absolutely recommend this hotel, and a very big thank you to Steffie for the great service!

これはおそらく、最近のヨーロッパ旅行で宿泊した3つの最高のホテルの1つであり、スイスに宿泊した2番目のホテルの1つです。ここに2泊しました。まず、このグループの下に2つのホテルがあり、道路の反対側にあります。1つはユングフラウホテルともう1つはユングフラウロッジです。前者はメインだが古いと思いますが、ヴィンテージデザインのコテージのようなものですが、私たちが泊まったコテージはアパートのようなモダンでした。ただし、メインレセプションは前者(朝食が提供されるレストランを含む)にあります。私たちの側では、施設はなく、アクセスカードで入場し、エレベーターがあります(ただし、もう一方にはエレベーターがありません)。私たちの部屋 (314) はコンパクトですが、バルコニー付きで居心地が良いです。それもきれいです。バルコニーの外では、母の自然にさらされました!頂上の雪山、コテージハウスや村のある緑が目の前に!素晴らしくて風光明媚です!ここには椅子とテーブルがあり、美しい景色を楽しみながら軽食と一緒にワインを楽しむことができると想像してください!ベッドは快適で、トイレにはバスタブがあります。唯一のことは、水が十分に熱くなかったことでした。エアコンややかんはありませんが、道路の向かいにあるメインホテルにあるレセプションからお湯を入手できます。朝食はまともでとても良かったし、展示されている食べ物の他に、特別なラテやカプチーノ、ソーセージ入りのスクランブルエッグなどの追加アイテムを注文することもできます。彼らは美味しく、スタッフはフレンドリーで丁寧でした。ルームサービスはよく行われ、使用するものは補充され、きちんと整理されました。ここは素晴らしく素晴らしい滞在です。景色とともに、私を信頼してください。それだけの価値があります!

5月23日にKrebsホテルに1泊しましたが、スイスに泊まった中で最高のホテル(5つのホテルのうち)でした!部屋:シングルルーム2室を予約し、ダブルルーム2室にアップグレードされたことをとても嬉しく思います。部屋は広としていて、そのうちの1つにはバルコニーさえあります。部屋は驚くほどモダンで、階下のレセプションとダイニングルームとは対照的でした。マットレスは中程度の堅さで、ベッドは1人で大きかったです。バスルームも素敵で、トイレの水洗は強かった。部屋には歯ブラシ、スリッパ...など、すべてのアメニティが備わっていました。私たちは最上階にあり、部屋は静かで、睡眠は素晴らしかったです!場所:ホテルはインターラーケン西バス、鉄道、フェリー駅まで徒歩わずか3分です。マクドナルド&クープはホテルから徒歩わずか12分です。サービス:到着前のサービスは素晴らしかった。私たちはお互いに隣り合った2つの部屋とより高い階に頼みました、彼らは基本的に私たちのすべての要求を承認し、私たちもより大きな部屋にアップグレードしました。到着時にレセプションは親切でフレンドリーで、その日スイスに到着したばかりだったので、私たちは均等に幸せになりました。朝食:温かい食べ物には、ハッシュブラウン(春巻きの形)、スクランブルエッグ、ベーコン、ソーセージがありました。冷たい食べ物については、コンチネンタル ブレックファーストで期待できるものすべて、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、ジュースも豊富でした。朝食はおいしくて、食べ物はすぐに補充されました。全体的に、階下とホテルの向かいの古い装飾にもかかわらず、ホテルは睡眠の質、部屋の大きさ、サービス、場所、朝食の面で素晴らしかったです。唯一の欠点は、Wi-Fiが一晩中接続を失い続けたためでした。次回インターラーケンを訪れる際には100%戻ってくるので、ぜひお勧めします。
