La habitación 101 está con un lateral de la cama pegado a la pared, es muy pequeña pero muy limpia. El desayuno me gustó. La calle es ruidosa y se escucha algo el alboroto en la habitación a pesar de tener buen aislamiento.

I travelled to Sarajevo with my two sisters. However, the apartment was extremely spacious and big enough for a large family. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of TV's, there were sufficient facilities that we could make our own breakfast in the mornings. The location was around a 15 minute walk from old town, this was close enough - we could walk there and the neighborhood was nice and quiet, there were also nice places to eat close by as well as a small grocery shop we could buy a few bits from. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the comfortable apartment played a role in this.

Such a delightful place that fully served the purpose of my solo trip to Bosnia. I chose to stay in Sarajevo while I go to visit sites outside of Sarajevo. And I am just showing this view from outside my window (my room has three windows, thank you Demir 😍) to show it is right at the tip of the old town. I often spent a number of times just looking out of the window and watch the world pass by. It was a meaningful feeling. An extra special thanks to Demir for making my stay enjoyable and memorable. Even when I began messaging him before coming (a few months before ☺️) he was very understanding. The self check-in feature was super simple too, and as I arrived much later in the evening after check-in hours, he was on whatsapp assisting me all the way until I reached my room. Hvala, Demir for your tireless efforts and warmness which was one of the highlights of my stay in Sarajevo.

The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! 口コミが少なく、旧市街に近くて車が駐車できるというだけで、やみくもに予約してしまいました。カーナビでは見つけられず、坂道で駐車するのが難しく、誰かを探して降りて歩き回った後、鉄のドアがしっかりと閉まりました。ドアベルをずっと鳴らしていると、父親と息子が出てきて、呆然としながら私たちに注文を確認し、同時に「問題ありません、問題ありません」と言い続け、それから私たちの車を拾って駐車しました。彼の庭のガレージで。実際、彼の家の裏口にはナビの案内があり、裏口から旧市街へ出るのにとても便利でした。父と息子の笑顔と熱意が私たちの不安を和らげてくれました。用意されているキッチンを使って中華料理を作りました。とても満足しました。

I liked the hotel. It is quite cheap and housed in beautiful building. No lifts, and you might have to climb to the second floor (friendly staff helped with the luggage). Hotel parking too small, an alternative - easily accessible, but way overpriced public parking, probably the most expensive in Sarajevo. Cannot recommend hotel if you travel by car

Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and had a really lovely stay. I honestly didn’t realize until I arrived that Hotel Baškuća had been featured in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2025 and National Geographic Traveller’s European Cities Collection 2025; such a nice surprise and very well deserved. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Baščaršija (the old bazaar), which made it very convenient for exploring Sarajevo even with a short stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming. I had to leave very early for my flight, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I heard from others that it’s excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo especially if you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well located.

算是薩拉熱窩最好的酒店了。地理位置優越。周邊大商場蠻多的。房間挺大。廁所也很大。做了個SPA，技術一般，因為沒有現金沒法給小費，提出簽在房帳裏，技師主動説不用了。還蠻好的。但是發生了件不愉快的事情，在入住的時候 因為已經在攜程付款了房費。原則上歐洲酒店不會要求信用卡擔保（這次行程中其他酒店都沒有）。但是被這家酒店要求抄了信用卡號。。。在退房後1小時左右 該卡就被盜刷。簡直太嚇人了，是海外購物網站消費金額。有美國的 有韓國的。立刻聯繫銀行停掉了卡片。這可能是酒店員工個人行為。真的是太可怕了。説明還是酒店監管問題。另外酒店沒有醫務室或者醫生，有發生了****情況（不是酒店內吃的）打電話問説沒有衹能自己去醫院，提供不了任何幫助。如果入住一定要小心。

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center
