I travelled to Sarajevo with my two sisters. However, the apartment was extremely spacious and big enough for a large family. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of TV's, there were sufficient facilities that we could make our own breakfast in the mornings. The location was around a 15 minute walk from old town, this was close enough - we could walk there and the neighborhood was nice and quiet, there were also nice places to eat close by as well as a small grocery shop we could buy a few bits from. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the comfortable apartment played a role in this.

Есть огрехи по чистоте в углах и неочевидных местах (например фен очень пыльный). В моем номере в ванной все для высоких, высоко установлены крючки, зеркало, полочка для полотенец. Это просто подмечалово, кому-то не так ощутимо будет. Завтрак шведский стол с несколькими видами яиц, выпечкой, нарезки и свежие овощи. Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. В целом, отель небольшой, уютный. Так как расположен в самом центре, то может быть немного шумно от рядом расположенных кафе. Но это в любом центре так.

The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and had a really lovely stay. I honestly didn’t realize until I arrived that Hotel Baškuća had been featured in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2025 and National Geographic Traveller’s European Cities Collection 2025; such a nice surprise and very well deserved. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Baščaršija (the old bazaar), which made it very convenient for exploring Sarajevo even with a short stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming. I had to leave very early for my flight, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I heard from others that it’s excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo especially if you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well located.

ホテルはサラエボの中心部に位置し、幹線道路の端(実際には幹線道路は非常に小さい)にあり、景勝地まで歩いて行くのに非常に便利です。サラエボは小さく、道路が狭いため、運転することはお勧めできません。徒歩で訪れるのが最も便利な方法です。部屋は小さくて小さいですが、とても清潔で整頓されていて、寝具はとても快適です。ホテル全体の壁はサラエボのスプレー写真でいっぱいです。これは非常に特徴的です。おそらく彼女の名前がカラーインの理由です。部屋には無料のエビアンガラスボトル入りの水と就寝前の軽食も用意されていました。ホテルの詳細はとてもよくできていて、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、サービスはとても思いやりがありました。朝食はとても豊富で、肉製品、果物、乳製品の種類がたくさんあります。サラエボに来て、カラフルなホテルに滞在するのはとても良い選択です。ホテルの後ろには専用駐車場があります。何が起こっているのかわかりません。事前に電話して予約し、現場に到着しましたが、止められないと言いました。スタッフは辛抱強く説明してくれましたが、言語の理由かもしれません。しかし、結局、Ctripを通じて無料駐車場の問題をスムーズに解決しました。

このホテルでの2泊は最高でした。とても清潔で、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。部屋は快適で、簡易キッチンなど必要なものがすべて揃っていました。朝食は素晴らしく、毎日様々なボスニア料理が作られ、定番の朝食メニューも揃っていました。駐車場は無料で、幹線道路から急な坂を上っているので、車で来るのがおすすめです。タクシーは安く、ホテルは片道30kmまで送迎サービスを提供しています。バス停はホテルから徒歩約15分です。強くお勧めします。素晴らしい体験をありがとうございました！

立地は完璧で部屋も素敵ですが、少し手入れとメンテナンスが必要です。扇風機、ヘアドライヤー、エアコン、トイレの便座、ドアノブ、窓が壊れていました。ベッドは快適でしたが、透明なシングルベッド2台がくっついているため、隙間から落ちてしまいそうでした。階下のレストランでは午後11時まで音楽が流れていて、それが聞こえてきました。また、私たちの部屋は（窓を閉めていても）タバコの臭いがしました。スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーでした。

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center
