This place deserves 10 stars out of 5, its perfectly located, very close to the bus terminal, super market across the street, the host is super friendly, really lovely decorated place, PERFECT BEDS AND SHOWERS, good breakfast, luggage storage when you check out later, walking distance to everything, I don't think you can find a better place to stay in Punta Arenas. Probably one of the best places I stayed in Patagonia!

I’d speak highly of Apart Hotel Quillango in Punta Arenas. The good points of the hotel have been mentioned by all other guests, such as the cleanness of the rooms, the breakfast stuff prepared in the kitchen, the convenience of the location, the friendliness of the staff, etc. Apart from that, I want to make my special thanks to Alvaro who helped me out. I spent hours and hours on my mobile phone trying to book tickets for my next trip. For some reason I just couldn’t go through it. I turned to the receptionist for help. It was Alvaro who was there at the reception. He was very patient and helpful. Instead of my mobile phone, he used the computer to book the tickets for me and printed them out for me. Without his help, things would have been much more difficult for me . I wanted to say thanks for his service.

We arrived at 3 am++, due to miscommunication, the door was locked, owner arrived in 5 minutes, helping us to settle in. Top notch bedding, household utilities, house keeping and decoration. Spring water machine (cold and hot) is available free of charge at reception. Electric kettle is available at kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff, each and everyone. Few minutes walk to town center and Penguin Tour meeting point. Overall we will recommend to anyone who comes to Punta Arenas without second tbought.

Love this hotel, always comfy and clean, didn't get to use the pool as too busy, but will return.

need a more clean room thanks and bathroom
