We had a wonderful stay in a hotel that combines Chinese tradition in its outside design with modern rooms inside. The people working there are super-friendly and helpful which put the cherry on the cake. Also, the breakfast they served was quite unique and very fresh and tasty. Highly recommend this place.

年次休暇の後、私は都市を離れ、雪を頂いた山のふもとで山の楽しみを体験したいと思いました。今回は新しくオープンした快適な温泉ホテルを選びました♨️ まずサービスについて話しましょう 注文後、ホテルは数秒で電話に出て、駐車場、山の天気、距離について尋ねました。ホテルのスタッフさんの対応がとても丁寧でした。それから彼は WeChat を追加して、すべてのホテル情報を私たちに送ってくれました。到着するとすぐに挨拶に出て、荷物を運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。チェックインも非常に迅速かつプロフェッショナルでした。ホテルはとても美しく、山と川に面しており、スイミングプールの隣のラウンジチェアに寝転んで、夜に温泉に入るのもとても快適です。また、ホテルの食事もとても美味しくて、本当に幸せで快適な1泊2日の旅行でした(笑)。

This is such an excellent and cosy place to stay before going up to Xiling Snow Mountain! The owner is so kind and hospitable. Made sure we were comfortable, upgraded our room to a bigger one as we were large group, and ensured our breakfast served was suitable for Muslims. We can use the kitchen to cook our dinner which she gave us complimentary condiments to use. She really went out of her way to cater to our needs. Amazing views of the river from the rooms as well! Would definitely recommend staying here! Will come again

The staff went far and beyond to keep us comfortable during our stay! The hotel is easy to find and very new; We were given a room upgrade as the hotel wasn’t busy at the time of our visit. The location of this hotel is perfect as there are food places nearby. The hot spring within the hotel premises is definitely a plus point. We definitely have enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when visiting again!

so far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

性價比高，房間大，帶大陽台，樓下可以下河玩水。頂樓房間夏天不建議選該房型，熱得要死跟蒸籠差不多開空調都不管用，還有就是吃飯不方便離吃飯的地方太遠

帶父母和95歲的外婆一起出行，五星的軟硬配置、環境都無可挑剔！下榻酒店就開始享受到無微不至的照顧和關懷，有輪椅♿️用，推外婆逛古鎮太方便了！定房間贈送了中餐廳的午餐，驚艷了我們，比想象中的菜品好很多，根本吃不完！下午茶是單獨買的，原價200多，搞活動128，顏值和味道都逆天了！幾個長者直呼這次酒店住得非常滿意！下次還想住喜來登！

Very near with bus stop first checkpoint. Arrived 11am, receptionist allow us to leave our bags at the counter while waiting to check in around 230pm. Toilet is far and a bit hassle because I need to get out from my base camp and get down to another section to go to the toilet. But toilet is clean. There is shower head too which can act like bidet. At night, it was so cold (-5°C), I need to stay under blanket to stay warm. No heater on the floor, only heater for bed & a small heater box. Overall, so pretty I enjoy the view.

We're a family of 6 with young children. Trying to book a hotel at Xiling Snow Mountain can be tricky. We're lucky to have gotten this hotel. The location is great! Conveniently located right beside the cable car station. About the hotel, we booked 3 separate rooms for the family as the instructions on Trip.com weren't so clear. But I realised I could have just booked 2 rooms instead of 3. This is a booking tip 😄 The hotel breakfast is pretty simple. There's egg fried rice, vegetables, croissant, biscuits, noodles, dumplings, mantou, pau, etc.. It costs 39yuan per person. We paid for breakfast so we can at least eat the mantou, red bean pau and bread. There's a simple coffee machine too. As it's very conveniently located, you can be the first to arrive at the cable car station. There are also some food options nearby. For my Muslim friends, there are no Halal food options. But what we did was to order only 1 dish from the hotel, Tomato and Egg noodles soup. It costs 28yuan. Overall, I would like to commend the hotel staff. As we're non-chinese speaking with lots of questions, they were really patient with all the translations. There's also a bus just below which connects the Xiling Snow Mountain to Dayi Highspeed Train area which is very convenient.

We had a great time at Maple Leaf Hotel. All the staffs have been so polite, helpful and service was always on time. The lunch and dinner there, u may need to spend above 150 Yuan to get certain rebate or 500 yuan for another rebate. No halal food ya. For muslim travellers you need to bring your own food. There are vending machines at the lobby for some snacks. The location is very near to the playground & ski area. Walking distance. But because of our winter clothings which is so heavy, it made us walk slow to reach the destination. We had issue with TV but the staff came and helped us to set up the TV as we don't understand Mandarin.  The rooms were clean overall. We managed to get a room next to each another. We arrived earlier but they did allowed us to enter slightly earlier as we came with a family of 5 pax. I would suggest family coming here not to bring big & heavy luggages. One traveller just 1 hand car bag will do. Bottle water, shampoo and body wash are all provided by the hotel. The moment we check out, within seconds , i received the deposit fee if 200 Yuan at my Alipay apps. There is a Cotti Coffee near the playground. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the stay at Maple Leaf Hotel. Excellent service by the staffs.
