「Howard Johnson hot spring is a beautiful resort with very good service. We did not speak Chinese so one of the staff added us on WeChat so he could provide us with the services at any time. He was very accommodating and supported us throughout our stay. We had a great time. The hot spring was very relaxing.」

「環境：酒店整棟感覺很大氣，大廳夠大，但是不夠氣派，感覺像寫字樓一樣，沒有酒店的温馨氛圍，香氛➕音樂🎵都沒有。住的當天🈶宴會，感覺亂糟糟的，酒店門口停車也是亂。 衞生：房間衞生還行，地毯、沙發都需要做常態清潔衞生。房間確少綠色植物裝飾🎍 服務：因為比較晚，所以還電話聯繫到店時間，這個還是比較温馨。 總的來説，酒店整個還行，細節問題還需要改正。價格虛高，不是很值，或者性價比不高。」

「The resort is located at the hot spring location, but a bit far from the central area..... good for relaxation. The initial rooms we got wasn't the one we booked, looks old and dirty. We showed them the pictures from trip.com the rooms we book and looks different and old to the reception and the lady gave us the upgraded rooms. You have to ask and insist, else they will just give you which ever room available (not the ones you booked).」

「I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. I made the reservation about one month in advance, and the payment was charged according to the policy just 2–3 days before check-in, which felt very convenient and reassuring. The rate was around 2,xxx THB per night, offering excellent value for the overall experience. Although the staff were not fluent in English, it was hardly an issue at all. With the help of translation applications, communication was smooth and effortless, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness spoke louder than words. The bed deserves a perfect 10/10 — incredibly comfortable, inviting you to sink in and enjoy a deep, restful sleep. Waking up to the view was another highlight; the scenery was simply breathtaking, easily a 10/10, and made every morning feel calm, refreshing, and almost cinematic. Breakfast was served in a traditional Chinese style, offering a delightful opportunity to immerse myself in local flavors. It was a comforting and authentic way to start the day, perfectly complementing the atmosphere of the stay. Overall, this hotel delivered far beyond expectations — a harmonious blend of comfort, value, and memorable moments that made the entire stay truly special.」

「Super nice hotel to stay in Xiling Snow Mountain, just next to the 2nd cable car! Staff is super helpful tooooo. We upgraded our room to lake view room and the view was spectacular! Room is super clean and the room and bed are huge! Love the amenities and everywhere smells nice. Just a tip! Book early, if you see the price is cheap just book it or you’ll pay 3x times more 🫣 Luggage transfer is available, next to the u1st cable car ticket counter. They will send it up to Cotti Coffee (next to yingxue hotel entrance) and you’ll pick up there. Suggestions to come early to middle January for a guaranteed snow view. We went on 28th dec 2025 and still no heavy snow.」
