The staff went far and beyond to keep us comfortable during our stay! The hotel is easy to find and very new; We were given a room upgrade as the hotel wasn’t busy at the time of our visit. The location of this hotel is perfect as there are food places nearby. The hot spring within the hotel premises is definitely a plus point. We definitely have enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when visiting again!

so far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

部屋はとても広く、大きなソファ、ベッド、テレビがあります。食べ物は価格と一致していないようで、夕食の鍋は1つしかないと言われました。しかし、食材は魅力的ではありません。その結果、インスタントラーメンを選びました。また、洗濯機や乾燥機はありません。スタッフに服を乾かすためのルームヒーターを提供してくれてありがとう。ヒーターのおかげで、寒さを感じずに快適に眠れました。

場所は良いです、フォーシーズンズホットスプリングバレーから徒歩わずか数分、温泉はとても便利です、環境はきれいです、スナックと朝食はよく準備されています、上司はあまり良くありません、チェックアウトの日は西の雪をかぶった山に行かなければなりません、そしてそれは非常に早く上司に迷惑をかけました私たちを町に送ってください、しかし、部屋のエアコンはあまり効果的ではありませんが、電気毛布は寒くありません。写真を撮るのを忘れました。要するに、華水湾では選ぶ価値があります。

予約時は少し不安でしたが、実際に部屋を見てみるととても満足でした。電気毛布と暖房、それに靴乾燥機もあり、子供が雪遊びで濡らした靴や服もすぐに乾かせました。夜も寒くなく眠れましたし、トイレも近くにあって便利でした。ただ、夜中にトイレに行ったら、まさか2つともシャワールームが使用中で驚きました。雪山であんなに寒いのにシャワーを浴びるなんて、本当にきれい好きなんだなと（笑）。次回もまたこのキャンプ場を利用したいと思います。

Nice hotel, easy access to hotsprings. Easy to get didi to Xiling Snow Mountain cable car ( 40 mins drive).

This hotel is just a 2-minute walk to the Xiling Snow Mountain Center, where you can take the cable car up to Yingxue Lake. Breakfast is included, and lunch and dinner can also be ordered at the hotel. About 1 km away, there is an indoor food street, and nearby you’ll also find a small shopping pedestrian area close to the Xiling Snow Mountain Center parking lot. The room has very strong and hot shower water, which is excellent. The room is spacious enough to open at least three 24-inch suitcases comfortably.

スキー場や雪遊びのすぐ隣にある美しいヨーロッパ風の宿泊施設

宿泊施設は西嶺雪山からはかなり離れていますが、リゾートの雰囲気は素晴らしく、景色も美しく、スタッフの対応も非常に丁寧です。

ホテルの立地も良く、内部の設備も比較的新しいです。上司は事前に暖房とお湯をオンにし、入ってすぐに使用できます。寝具はきれいだったほうがいいです。キルトを交換して使用しました。
