An Unforgettable Stay with ”Superhuman” Service in Weishui Memory Hot Spring ”Our first trip to China was made unforgettable thanks to the incredible team at this hotel. Located right in the heart of the vibrant Tai’an Ancient Village, the hotel is surrounded by lively local shops and friendly faces. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted at the door by the owner (or manager) who personally helped with our luggage and escorted us to our room. Despite being busy preparing the restaurant on the first floor, every single staff member paused what they were doing just to wave and smile at us. It’s rare to find such a warm, genuine welcome these days! A special shout-out to the receptionist who rushed from the kitchen to assist us. Even though there was a language barrier, their 'service level' was god-tier. She skillfully used a translation app and even created a WeChat group with 8 staff members just to ensure the two of us were well taken care of! Truly mind-blowing hospitality. Our room on the 3rd floor (yes, there’s an elevator!) was pristine. We loved the welcome tea set, the natural light from the sunroof, and the stunning panoramic window view of the ancient village. It felt like stepping into a classic martial arts novel. We fell in love with everything here—the hotel, the village, and the mountain. Our only regret is staying for just one night. Next time, we’re definitely booking for a full week!”

When you yearn for a different lifestyle but not ready to commit yourself to changes? For me, traveling is a way to get a sneak peek into “what would it be”, even if just for a moment. I feel incredibly fortunate to have come across Several Mountain Houses, and I’m grateful for the owners’ generosity in creating such a beautiful place and sharing their mountain life with guests.   Many guests have already praised the lovely courtyard, the nature-surrounded rooms, the sensorial bed linens, and the warm, earthy aesthetic of the space. I wholeheartedly agree. Beyond that, there was something even more special. I was wowed by the tidy kitchen, thoughtfully designed and completed with high-quality appliances and tableware. It’s a place that move your mind from “I’m staying in a B&B” to “I’m staying in a home.” The cherry on top? Having the owner made you a perfect cup of latte or cappuccino in the morning. Of all my travels in China, this is the first homestay where I’ve experienced that personal touch.   We arrived by Didi and had to drop off by the roadside, cross a wooden bridge, and then tackle a steep hill path.  We called for help and the owner came down to meet us and made sure we felt welcomed. My friend told me she felt like we had stepped into a scene from a web novel—the little challenge at the start, the homey atmosphere, the owners and their charming “career life to mountain life” story all made the experience very special.   I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful mountain retreat. It's the perfect spot to unwind and reset.    A small tip: if you're in the mood for trekking, head up to the Wulong Gorge scenic area and work your way back. If we had known, we would totally skip Baiyun (White Cloud) temple / village and spend more time relaxing at the house.

There was not water in the swimming pool - that was the reason why I booked it. The beds are extremely hard - like sleep on stone. We cancelled the second night - because we all could not sleep in this beds

今回の滞在は忘れられない経験となりました。ホテル全体が非常に優雅な雰囲気で、まるで自然に優しく包まれているようでした。窓を開ければ山々が広がり、開放的な景色と新鮮な空気に満たされています。朝夕の光が庭園と山の間に差し込む様子は、自然と時の流れを遅く感じさせ、休暇の本当の意味を教えてくれます。 「四季ルーム」にアップグレードしていただき、その空間設計の見事さに感銘を受けました。東洋の美学を取り入れつつも、実際の使い心地の良さも兼ね備えています。部屋は大きく分けて前、中、後の3つのゾーンに分かれています。前のテラス付きの中庭では、山を眺めながら入浴でき、プライベート感がありとてもリラックスできます。中央はベッドエリアで、静かで快適な休息と睡眠に最適です。窓際の奥のスペースは、お茶を飲んだりくつろいだりできる小さな空間になっていて、景色を眺めたり、ぼーっとしたりするのに最適です。全体的に動線が自然でスムーズで、それぞれのエリアが異なる雰囲気を持っています。 部屋の細部にもこだわりが感じられました。寝具やバスタオルは非常に柔らかく肌触りが良く、厳選された質の高いものであることが一目で分かります。心からリラックスしてぐっすり眠ることができました。全体的な装飾はシンプルですが、随所にデザインと準備の心遣いが感じられました。 ホテルのスタッフもとても親切で、チェックインからチェックアウトまで、自然で温かいサービスを提供してくれました。過度に干渉することなく、必要な時にはいつもタイムリーに助けてくれました。 もしあえて小さな欠点を挙げるなら、客室へ続く木製の回廊が長く、雨の日は木製の床が少し滑りやすくなることです。スタッフがお客様の荷物を運んでいるのを見ると、彼らが滑って転ばないか少し心配になりました。もし将来、雨天時に滑り止め対策が追加されれば、より安心して利用できるでしょう。 全体的に、心身をリラックスさせ、自然と触れ合うのに最適なホテルです。空間デザインからサービスの詳細まで、すべてが印象的でした。静かで東洋的な美しさのある場所で休暇を過ごしたいなら、ここは素晴らしい選択肢となるでしょう。

1泊557という標準には達していないように感じます。 良い点: 1️⃣ 高速鉄道の駅に非常に近く、とても便利です。 2️⃣窓の外の景色が良いです。 3️⃣バスルームはとてもきれいです。 4️⃣メイドさんのサービス態度が良い。 悪かった点: 1️⃣大きなゴキブリを見つけました。最初の2回は殴り殺せませんでした。ゴキブリはベッドに這い上がってきて、ボロボロにされました。そして、私は一晩中寝ていました。 2️⃣遮音性は非常に悪く、夕方10時半にホテル内で子供たちの叫び声がはっきりと聞こえます。 3️⃣部屋の家具は新しい家具のような匂いがまだ残っているようです。最初の夜は少し匂いがきつかったです。 4️⃣私が注文した定食には、アフタヌーンティー+アイスパウダーが含まれていることは明らかです。食事が提供されると、ウェイターはこう言いました。「本来はアフタヌーンティーかアイスパウダーしか選べず、両方は選べませんでした。注文を明確にしていなかったので、今度はあなたにあげます。」両方を選択できることを再度確認しましたが、答えは依然として「どちらか 1 つだけを選択でき、両方を選択することはできません」でした。しかし、あなたのホテルにはそのことがはっきりと書かれているのに、なぜ私が利用しているように見えるのでしょうか?詳細ページに「または」「3つから1つお選びください」と明記するのは難しくありませんか？

Never in my life (I stayed in over 500 hotels) I experienced such an amazing service, the staff went out of the way to help us with private stuff and even took my partner to the pharmacy with their own motorcycle. The rooms are amazing comfortable and clean and the pickup service was also great. I will definitely be back here again.

The hosts were incredibly kind and even gave us a ride to the Qingcheng Mountain entrance and the Qingcheng Railway Station. If you’re planning to hike up Qingcheng Mountain, I totally recommend staying here. 1.The room was super spacious and looked just like the pictures. Everything felt fresh, clean, and super comfy. 2.The bed was really soft, and all the amenities were modern and well thought out. 3.The staff were friendly, helpful, and just really lovely overall. 4.Great location – close to Qingcheng Station and the mountain. 5.Breakfast is included, but sadly we woke up too late to try ๆit. Next time for sure! We did have lunch there though, and it was delicious. 6.Honestly, everything was great. Totally worth every penny.

このホテルは環境に配慮した考え方を持ち、プラスチック製品の不使用を徹底しています。静かで清潔な環境でした。全体的には悪くなかったのですが、最高級ホテルとしてはサービスがいまいちでした。従業員は研修を受けていない大学生の集まりのようで、サービスの手順に不慣れで、サービス精神がありませんでした。ホテルに到着してから、標準的なウェルカムチェックイン手続きはなく、チェックイン時もチェックアウト時も誰も積極的に声をかけてくれませんでした（特にチェックアウトして出る際、ドアマンは一人もおらず、見送りなんてとんでもない話で、自分で出ていきました。唯一、車の配車をしてくれたおじさんだけは親切で、それが唯一の救いでした）。お茶も頼んでようやく持ってきてくれましたし、ホテルのスタッフは会っても挨拶しません。エンターテイメント施設では、まるで存在しないかのように、尋ねなければ誰も相手にしてくれませんでした。チェックイン前にコンシェルジュから連絡はなく、電気カートも10分待っても来ませんでしたし、記念のお土産もありませんでした。いくつかの点で、普通の5つ星ホテルの基準にも達しておらず、どうしてリッツやアマンと同じレベルだと主張できるのでしょうか。5つ星ホテルとしてはまあまあですが、最高級の水準には程遠いと感じました。

週末に友達と一緒にそこへ行きました。環境は本当に良いです。 私たちの後ろには山があります。私たちは散歩に出かけて新鮮な空気を吸いました。 上司もとても親切で熱心です。上司のゴールデンレトリバーもとてもきれいで可愛いですね😄 全体的な経験はかなり良いです。朝と夜の気温差が少し大きいです。冬にそこに行く友人たちは、もっと服を着ることを覚えている。 もう一つの驚きは、朝、ドアを開けると雪を頂いた山々が見えたことです。 山一面の紅葉と雪を頂いた山々は本当に美しいです。場所はとても良くてお勧めです! ！ ！

Went during a low season. The hotel was virtually empty except for us, but the staff remained professional. The rooms were a slight letdown on a few points - BUT overall it was extremely enjoyable and downright luxurious in other areas. Overall, a definite recommend. We had a great stay and a great time. Amazing - it's a working tea farm. We woke early to pluck tea leaves for the experience (free but worth 68 yuan) and if you collect enough you can take it to the tea master to then experience frying the tea in a wok to turn the fresh leaves into dry green tea. The tea sachets in the rooms are made by the hotel themselves and taste great. More free experiences are included with the stay, including tea brewing classes and wearing hanfu. I thought it to be incredibly value for money. The private onsen is great and came with a homemade herbal pouch to throw in for a medicinal bath. The rooms are spacious with an excellent view - and I MUST commend the incredible number of light switches which let you have any combination of light ambience. Minor letdowns - mosquitoes will come to you at the alfresco area during mealtimes, I would sit indoors next time. We also had to run the shower for a long while before hot water could come out. The charging sockets are a little iffy with lots of dust in the sockets and some outlets might not be working depending on your luck. The standard sockets mostly work but USB sockets might not. The smart W/C is also slightly malfunctioning but largely works as intended.
