We had an incredible stay at Zen Ju Qing Cheng Mountain — one of those rare places that feels less like a guesthouse and more like stepping into someone’s way of life. What truly made the stay unforgettable, were the owners, Colin and Xiaoxiao (Show). They are genuinely, unbelievably kind — the kind of hospitality that goes far beyond service. From the moment we arrived (after the small work-out of walking up an intense hill), we were welcomed like long-lost family. Other guests — many of them regulars — immediately included us and urged us to try local delicacies they brought, which says a lot about the atmosphere Colin and Show have created. There are so many small moments that stand out: being greeted with coffee in the morning (they take coffee very seriously, in the best way), tea in the afternoon (which they take just as seriously, it turns out!), and the constant sense that nothing is too much trouble. Whether it’s helping with transport, sharing local tips, or just making sure you’re comfortable, everything is done with warmth and sincerity. The setting is beautiful and serene, tucked into the mountain with a stunning courtyard full of flowers and greenery. You can tell Colin, one of the owners, has a real gift for it — everything feels alive and thoughtfully cared for. He even treks into the mountains to pick wild tea, which gives you a sense of how deeply connected the place is to its surroundings. That attention to detail carries through everywhere: fresh flowers in the rooms, calm design, and incredibly comfortable bedding. It’s one of those places where you start to wonder what a slower, more intentional way of living might feel like. Even just for a few days, you get a glimpse of that. If you’re looking for a peaceful mountain retreat with real soul — not just a place to stay, but an experience shaped by genuinely exceptional people — this is it.

今回の滞在は忘れられない経験となりました。ホテル全体が非常に優雅な雰囲気で、まるで自然に優しく包まれているようでした。窓を開ければ山々が広がり、開放的な景色と新鮮な空気に満たされています。朝夕の光が庭園と山の間に差し込む様子は、自然と時の流れを遅く感じさせ、休暇の本当の意味を教えてくれます。 「四季ルーム」にアップグレードしていただき、その空間設計の見事さに感銘を受けました。東洋の美学を取り入れつつも、実際の使い心地の良さも兼ね備えています。部屋は大きく分けて前、中、後の3つのゾーンに分かれています。前のテラス付きの中庭では、山を眺めながら入浴でき、プライベート感がありとてもリラックスできます。中央はベッドエリアで、静かで快適な休息と睡眠に最適です。窓際の奥のスペースは、お茶を飲んだりくつろいだりできる小さな空間になっていて、景色を眺めたり、ぼーっとしたりするのに最適です。全体的に動線が自然でスムーズで、それぞれのエリアが異なる雰囲気を持っています。 部屋の細部にもこだわりが感じられました。寝具やバスタオルは非常に柔らかく肌触りが良く、厳選された質の高いものであることが一目で分かります。心からリラックスしてぐっすり眠ることができました。全体的な装飾はシンプルですが、随所にデザインと準備の心遣いが感じられました。 ホテルのスタッフもとても親切で、チェックインからチェックアウトまで、自然で温かいサービスを提供してくれました。過度に干渉することなく、必要な時にはいつもタイムリーに助けてくれました。 もしあえて小さな欠点を挙げるなら、客室へ続く木製の回廊が長く、雨の日は木製の床が少し滑りやすくなることです。スタッフがお客様の荷物を運んでいるのを見ると、彼らが滑って転ばないか少し心配になりました。もし将来、雨天時に滑り止め対策が追加されれば、より安心して利用できるでしょう。 全体的に、心身をリラックスさせ、自然と触れ合うのに最適なホテルです。空間デザインからサービスの詳細まで、すべてが印象的でした。静かで東洋的な美しさのある場所で休暇を過ごしたいなら、ここは素晴らしい選択肢となるでしょう。

1泊557という標準には達していないように感じます。 良い点: 1️⃣ 高速鉄道の駅に非常に近く、とても便利です。 2️⃣窓の外の景色が良いです。 3️⃣バスルームはとてもきれいです。 4️⃣メイドさんのサービス態度が良い。 悪かった点: 1️⃣大きなゴキブリを見つけました。最初の2回は殴り殺せませんでした。ゴキブリはベッドに這い上がってきて、ボロボロにされました。そして、私は一晩中寝ていました。 2️⃣遮音性は非常に悪く、夕方10時半にホテル内で子供たちの叫び声がはっきりと聞こえます。 3️⃣部屋の家具は新しい家具のような匂いがまだ残っているようです。最初の夜は少し匂いがきつかったです。 4️⃣私が注文した定食には、アフタヌーンティー+アイスパウダーが含まれていることは明らかです。食事が提供されると、ウェイターはこう言いました。「本来はアフタヌーンティーかアイスパウダーしか選べず、両方は選べませんでした。注文を明確にしていなかったので、今度はあなたにあげます。」両方を選択できることを再度確認しましたが、答えは依然として「どちらか 1 つだけを選択でき、両方を選択することはできません」でした。しかし、あなたのホテルにはそのことがはっきりと書かれているのに、なぜ私が利用しているように見えるのでしょうか?詳細ページに「または」「3つから1つお選びください」と明記するのは難しくありませんか？

宿泊施設はとても快適で清潔でした。オーナーはとてもフレンドリーで、気さくで親切でした。成都への帰りの交通手段をリーズナブルな料金で手配してくれました。 立地は便利で、パンダの撮影スポットである楊天窩広場に近く、インターネットで有名なブルーティアーズまで徒歩約10分です。階下にはコンビニや軽食店もたくさんあります。 唯一の欠点は、部屋の防音が少し弱かったことですが、オーナーが親切に耳栓を用意してくれました。寝つきが悪い方は、事前に連絡して道路から離れた部屋をリクエストすることもできます。

Never in my life (I stayed in over 500 hotels) I experienced such an amazing service, the staff went out of the way to help us with private stuff and even took my partner to the pharmacy with their own motorcycle. The rooms are amazing comfortable and clean and the pickup service was also great. I will definitely be back here again.

オーナーはフレンドリーで、部屋は清潔で、マットレスは温めることができ、女性のオーナーはとても親切で、部屋には小さなプレゼントがあり、チェックアウト時にも小さなプレゼントがあります。ホテルのエレベーターから少し歩いて食事ができるのでとても便利です。ホテルは都江堰の近くにあり、近い距離でアクセスできます。ホテルの内外の装飾はとても雰囲気があります。全体的に、とても良かったです。

The hosts were incredibly kind and even gave us a ride to the Qingcheng Mountain entrance and the Qingcheng Railway Station. If you’re planning to hike up Qingcheng Mountain, I totally recommend staying here. 1.The room was super spacious and looked just like the pictures. Everything felt fresh, clean, and super comfy. 2.The bed was really soft, and all the amenities were modern and well thought out. 3.The staff were friendly, helpful, and just really lovely overall. 4.Great location – close to Qingcheng Station and the mountain. 5.Breakfast is included, but sadly we woke up too late to try ๆit. Next time for sure! We did have lunch there though, and it was delicious. 6.Honestly, everything was great. Totally worth every penny.

祝日にホテルを利用しましたが、相変わらず素晴らしい体験でした。まず、コンシェルジュのYannieさんのサービスが素晴らしかったです。滞在中、メッセージの返信が迅速で、私たちの体験に気を配ってくれました。レストランの予約やアクティビティについても、細やかに気遣ってくれて、親切でプロフェッショナルな対応に感銘を受けました。次に、ホテルのアクティビティがとても充実していて、祝日の雰囲気を満喫できました。人が多かったにもかかわらず、サービスは行き届いていました。ホテルの空気もとても良く、都会の喧騒から離れて青城山の田舎暮らしを体験でき、非常に快適でした。

週末に友達と一緒にそこへ行きました。環境は本当に良いです。 私たちの後ろには山があります。私たちは散歩に出かけて新鮮な空気を吸いました。 上司もとても親切で熱心です。上司のゴールデンレトリバーもとてもきれいで可愛いですね😄 全体的な経験はかなり良いです。朝と夜の気温差が少し大きいです。冬にそこに行く友人たちは、もっと服を着ることを覚えている。 もう一つの驚きは、朝、ドアを開けると雪を頂いた山々が見えたことです。 山一面の紅葉と雪を頂いた山々は本当に美しいです。場所はとても良くてお勧めです! ！ ！

I liked the (Chinese-style) breakfast. The staff was helpful and they even took me down to the front of the mountain ticket office. The food at night (beef and bamboo shoots) was not bad. I stayed in the garden view room, with two single beds. The bed was comfortable. The tea in the room was really nice Maofeng tea. The style of the room didn’t scream luxury to me (not the quiet kind either). As for the location, I thought it would be nice to be in mountainous surroundings but it didn’t prove to be very convenient for my needs. I arrived on Friday and went to the front mountain on Saturday. Someone from the hotel very kindly dropped me off near the ticket office. A little aside: After visiting the mountain I decided on a spontaneous trip to Nanqiao (the south bridge) in Dujiangyan (I had not seen it at night on an earlier trip there). It was not that hard to find a taxi back, but keep in mind a small surcharge of 3.9% for taking you up the mountain). On Sunday I left the hotel too late as it was already very busy on the road to the back mountain ticket the taxi driver did not want to take me there (cause it would mean being stuck in traffic for hours either no compensation for all this waste of time) but offered to take me to The high speed railway station from which I could take a bus (passing hotel again!). Obviously the bus also ended up in a traffic jam, but in any case I did make it there in the end. Luckily I took my luggage and left it at a shop next to the foot passenger ticket office for 5 yuan. Unfortunately the hot water spring is only open in winter. They have a nice pool though. I enjoyed my stay but didn’t find it very luxurious although it is rare to have a hotel with a pool in China, so that was cool. At around 50 euros per night it was okay value for money.
