The hotel interior is beautifully designed. We booked five rooms altogether as we travel with four families. The staff helped us arrange all the rooms on the same floor and even upgraded our rooms. I really appreciate their kind arrangement. The restaurant food is so yummy. There is a recreation room where we can play tennis. There are lots of places to take instagrammable photos. It is beautiful! If guests come in summer, they can join handcraft workshop to make their own 紮染bags or cloth in different kinds of blue colour. Wish to come back again!

Beautiful 5 star hotel resort on beautiful grounds. As the was an off season visit with very few others staying here, upon check-in we were upgraded to a room with a huge separate living room, a large bed room with the bath having separately enclosed toilet and shower areas and a spacious dressing area; and out in the large balcony area was a hot tub. Service during our stay was outstanding and the included breakfast excellent. As the room was a way from the lobby, shuttle service to the room and back just required a call to the front desk and included shuttle service to the nearby entrance to the Huangguoshu Waterfall. The free park bus to other sites (we also visited the Tianxingqiao Scenic Area, which was IMO even better than the Huangguoshu Waterfall area) was an easy walk from the resorts front gate,which we were shuttled to. If we ever go back to this area, this is definitely the place we will stay.

這次來貴州安順這邊黃果樹景區帶朋友玩，入住了新開不久的高檔民宿。就在黃果樹景區民宿也提供從景區門口的接送，還是挺方便的，來了以後覺得真的是世外桃源佈置的非常清新優雅，非常適合靜靜的在這裏住一兩天發發呆，真的是很安靜的地方，老闆非常熱情，做吃的也很好吃，全是貴州當地的好吃的，有家常菜和大廚的味道 房間望出去的風景也是非常讚的

This boutique hotel absolutely nailed it. The central location made exploring effortless, and the hyper-efficient rooms optimized every square inch perfectly. I loved the vibrant design details and the lightning-fast, check-in. Seamless, clean, and perfectly catered to travelers who want to hit the ground running. And scenic water fall nearby! Highly recommended!

黄果樹風光明媚なエリアの入り口の隣にある素晴らしいホテル。スイミングプール付きの超居心地の良い庭園、素敵な朝食。部屋はとても広くて便利です。私たちは2つの部屋を予約しましたが、残念ながら1階に1つがあり、天井や壁にカビの匂いだけでなく、カビの痕跡がしました(中国ではよくあると思います)別の部屋があれば、私たちの経験は素晴らしいと思います。

對管家小韋的服務非常滿意，入住前就很詳盡的引入必要的旅行訊息，入住時讓客人能夠很快了解和熟悉景區的規則和酒店的便利環境，全程都能帶給客人賓至如歸的殷切感覺，讓人安心。 酒店地點得天獨厚，對客人的支持也比較全面，勞累時不需要再輾轉舟車的才能休息，總能很方便的返回休整，由於在景區裏，參加夜遊時，酒店的車輛可以幫忙接送，非常實用的服務，帶着長者孩子規劃出行極其方便。 第二天的夜遊，酒店代勞幫忙及時訂票，也告知我們19：00在酒店門口出發，我們如約提前三分鐘到達大廳門口，恰好看到接送車輛送其他客人離開了，衹好又在大廳額外等待了20多分鐘，最終我們仍然及時甚至提前到達了，此處並不是投訴，而是建議，建議每位工作人員跟每位客户提前約定好的任何時間，也許可以像餐廳那樣有足夠的流程，確保在交接時得到共享和核實，以便更穩的履約。 在這裏也感謝當晚接送駕駛的那位小哥，麪臨著急的客人，也非常專業耐心，滿足客人的要求，維護客人的感受。 白天到達時，如嚴格按照管家提供的地點導航，就能順利的進入位於天星橋區域內的酒店。門口就有好玩的適合孩子的漂流項目，推薦體驗。 飲食早餐是固定搭配，營養較均衡，點菜葷素味道好，提前預約好就可按時就餐，這點對長者很友善。 夜晚安靜，可以睡的很好，淋浴熱水流暢。謝謝值夜小哥幫忙洗衣。 酒店內外部的設計和選址都是優秀的，服務熱情主動且積極。 最後建議酒店能夠真正認真地去關注對內部硬件設施的修繕與維護，對某些户外區域的整潔予以重視與整頓，酒店規模不太大，某些改善成本其實並不高，但拖而不治是會實際影響客人心中對酒店的專業定位和口碑的，也是對所有認真服務客人的工作人員努力的阻礙

When I arrived at the Huangguoshu tourist center an emplyee called the hotel for me and about 5-10 minutes late the boss was there to pick me up. They upgraded my room since it wasn't busy. The room looked exactly like the photo's. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. The airco worked good. In the morning they served simple noodles which were nice. The boss drove me to the touristcenter entrance and also offered to pick me up in the afternoon. Overall i had a great experience and would recommend this hotel because of its nice service and clean room.

駐車場はとても広く、環境はとても良く、価格はとても手頃で、ベッドはとてもきれいで、サービスも良く、食べたり飲んだりするのにとても便利です。次回は出張で来ます。

The hotel is just a few minutes from the train station. There are many shops nearby, a fresh fruit and vegetable market, and various restaurants. The bus station is right outside. The service at the hotel is excellent. Every question was answered promptly. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I highly recommend the place and would come back.
