My stay at Hualuxe was absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is stunning — elegant, clean, and so comfortable. But what truly made our experience special was Ruby at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness really stood out and made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back — thank you, Ruby and the entire Hualuxe team! 💛 #Hualuxe #AmazingService #HighlyRecommend

Xiasha Outlets

Really cool place to travel if you want to experience the jiangnan style of living. The hotel is situated right next to the walled ancient town and offers unlimited entry to the ancient town and free shuttle , which is god sent in this weather. The staff carried my luggage on the way in and out and were very helpful all along the way. The room is spacious and beds were super comfy and very quiet (so very good rest followed by a very peaceful early morning run in the ancient town). Definitely will be back to visit again

this hotel is really perfect for some days in Haining, it’s conveniently located and rooms and spacious and well furnished. The staff is friendly and breakfasts are good. I truly enjoyed our stay here.

My stay at this hotel was outstanding from beginning to end. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who spoke excellent English and gave clear information about nearby attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with a bed that provided excellent sleep quality after a long day of travel. The location is perfect—close to public transportation, good restaurants, and several scenic spots within walking distance. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and amenities (fresh towels, toiletries, bottled water daily). Breakfast offered a wide variety of both local and international options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Staff were always polite and quick to help, whether I needed directions or recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It combines comfort, convenience, and great value, making the entire experience truly enjoyable. I would definitely return on my next trip.

This hotel is not far from Zibs. It is easy to go. The price is low. The bed is comfortable.
