Cons Location was not accurate on Trip.com and the hotel messaged a different location Even though they were friendly it was difficult with young children/elderly AND luggage to climb a lot of stairs to get to hotel We were shocked at the amount of stairs to climb Some pictures of the hotel are not accurate as they have done changes I.e playroom for kids Train sounds from nearby freight trains will go through the night (train lovers may enjoy it hah) Pros Staff were extremely helpful to provide a lot of comfort and support to reduce mosquitos / make our stay enjoyable Breakfast was delicious Amenities were great The environment was great - lots of greenery and interesting stalls nearby Water park for the kids were great

The resort’s enormous swimming pool was another highlight—perfectly maintained, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to swim, lounge, or simply enjoy the natural surroundings. It never felt crowded, and the serene ambiance added to the luxury of the place. Above all, the staff made our stay truly memorable. Every member was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely cared about our comfort. The manager stood out for their professionalism and warm hospitality, always available to answer questions or offer local tips, making us feel valued and at home.
