設備：朝の温かいコーヒーは最高の気分にしてくれます。ヘアドライヤーもあって、髪を乾かすのにちょうど良い温度でした。💗 清潔さ：非常に素晴らしいです👍。とても清潔で、快適に眠ることができました。 サービス：出迎えてくれた若い男性は、とても親切で優しく、フレンドリーでした。夜遅くで、言葉の壁もあったため少し時間がかかっていましたが、全くイライラした様子はなく、むしろとても忍耐強く対応してくれました。彼に感謝です！😘

パリでは狭くない方で、シャワーとトイレが別々になっていました。室温が低く、エアコンの暖房があまり効かなかったため、掛け布団を2枚使いました。リビングの壁際に荷物置き用の棚があり、スーツケースをその近くに置いて荷造りをした後、立ち上がった際に2回頭をぶつけてしまいました。

部屋はとても清潔で整頓されていて、空港へのアクセスも非常に便利でした。価格に見合った価値がありました。 CDG空港のバレーパーキングバス（無料）がホテルまで直通しており、数分間隔で運行しています。 スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで親切で、どんな問題もすぐに解決してくれました。 空港近くのとても良いホテルです。

Our stay at Hotel Campanile Nature – Cergy Pontoise turned out to be a comfortable stop during our travels through France. The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway, making it easy to reach without any detours. Because of its location, it seems to attract a mix of guests—small sports teams gathering for events and workers staying during the week. Despite the variety of visitors, the hotel felt fairly calm during weekdays, which made for a relaxed atmosphere. The room itself was on the smaller side, but it made good use of the available space. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged, and the room was equipped with the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Most importantly, the bed was genuinely comfortable, which is always something I appreciate after a long day on the road. The only real drawback was the soundproofing. Unfortunately, the walls seemed to let through more noise than I would have liked. One neighboring room happened to be occupied by a couple who is having affair. Their arguments—and other activities that are best left private—became an unexpected soundtrack throughout the night. It was one of those situations where you find yourself wishing the walls were just a little thicker. Overall, Hotel Campanile Nature – Cergy Pontoise offered a practical location, a comfortable bed, and a peaceful atmosphere for the most part. With improved sound insulation, it could have been an even more restful stay.

ミレニアム ホテル パリ シャルル・ド・ゴールでの滞在には、全体的に満足しました。 部屋は清潔で設備も整っていました。清掃スタッフはとても親切で、親身になって対応してくれました。 残念ながら、到着後、受付係の方と不快なやり取りをしました。彼は非常に失礼で、イライラしており、すぐに出て行かなければならないような気分にさせられました。非常にストレスフルな経験でした。 デポジットに関しても問題がありました。その日はカードが使えなかったのです。面識のない別の宿泊客が、私の代わりにカードで支払ってしまいました。私は彼に100ユーロを現金で渡しました。返金は彼の口座に振り込まれると言われましたが、もちろん私にとっては非常に辛いことでした。 それでも、親切なスタッフに感謝したいと思います。部屋は本当に清潔で、サービスも全体的に満足のいくものでした。 評価：10点中7点

部屋は値段相応でしたが、メガネをかけた中年女性スタッフにタクシーを呼んで頂いたところ、Paris郊外の友人宅へ75ユーロも請求されたので、運転手に断わりました。ところがこのスタッフが郊外だから料金が高いと凄い剣幕で言うので、根負けして70ユーロで利用しました。因みに帰りにこの郊外の同じ友人宅からCGGまでrebltを利用したら20ユーロでした。中年女性スタッフが呼んだのは単なる知人の車だったと思います。ホテル自体はまあまあでしたが、このようなスタッフの入るホテルには二度と宿泊しません。

クラリオン パリ シャルル・ド・ゴール エアポート ホテルに宿泊しましたが、滞在体験は賛否両論といったところでした。 到着がかなり遅く、大変疲れていました。フロントで「初めてのご利用ですか？」と聞かれたので、「はい」と答えました。ところが、残念ながら期待外れの部屋に通されました。他の部屋とはドアの番号が違っていて、ヘアドライヤーも基本的なキッチン用品もありませんでした。全体的に、とても奇妙で残念な印象を受けました。 翌朝、部屋の変更をお願いしました。幸いにも、イネスさんという方が対応してくださり、とても親切でプロフェッショナルな方でした。彼女は私たちの事情を落ち着いて笑顔で聞いてくださり、すぐに設備の整った、必要なアメニティがすべて揃った、眺めの良い部屋を用意してくれました。 ホテル自体は広く、設備も充実しています。イネスさんの親切な対応のおかげで、最初の印象は残念でしたが、総合評価は平均以上となりました。

Hotel was great for the price Very close to the airport but you need to taxi or Uber there’s no bus or shuttle Like every budget hotel you need to pay for everything, even water and toothbrush so don’t be surprised - it’s normal ! Good service overall and great price

The hotel has a self check-in system so when I got here with my husband we were confused because the reception was locked and no one was in sight, we finally found a lady who was cleaning a room who called the manager who told us to use a machine in front of the building to check-in. The accommodation is very clean and simple, suitable for a couple to stay in, I loved that the room was upstairs and the bathroom and toilet were downstairs, it gave me a feeling like I rented an apartment. Saint-witz is a safe and quiet town, there are a lot of hotels around this hotel as well as a lot of places to buy fast food, Mcdonald's is directly opposite, KFC and other fast food centres are also here. It is REALLY close to the airport, just 13mins drive but far from Paris, cheapest way to get to Paris from here is by using the train as a Bolt will cost you almost €60-70 to get to Paris. The bed is also comfortable and I definitely enjoyed my stay here. There is another B&B Hotel just when you turn into this street but that is not this one, this particular one is located to the right at the end of the street.

全体的にホテル運営の質は最低だと感じました。ただ、スタッフの対応は非常に丁寧であるにもかかわらず、なぜか融通が利かない杓子定規な点が多く見受けられました。もう少し柔軟な対応やゲストへの配慮があれば、もっと良いホテルになると思います。
