「ホテルの設備はとても新しく、とても快適に過ごせました。静かで騒音もほとんどありません。朝食も種類が豊富で、サービススタッフの対応も良く、とても快適に過ごせました。次回もまた利用したいと思います。」

「Overall, a very pleasant experience and the hotel is very well located for the railway station and amenities. The town centre is approximately a 15 minute walk away. Couple of downsides to my stay though, bed was very hard and lumpy, broken tiles in the bathroom, ***** hairs on the toilet base and worst of all, ***** stains on the wall. Doesn't say much for the hygiene standards at all. It's a shame that these let our stay down for us really. Otherwise the hotel would've been great.」

「As my friends and I were travelling by train from different areas of the UK the hotel was an easy meeting place.. We all found our rooms very clean and,spacious..The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. Nothing was rushed and all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay」

「As ever, hidden little gem. Cheap cheerful, very friendly staff and always clean. Great onsite bar, 24hr shop and a Greg's for breakfast. Ample parking」

「Booked this hotel as we were attending women’s football at Derby Pride Park.  We used the NCP car park which was only. 5min walk.  All the staff were smart, well mannered and helpful.  The room was a good size and were surprised to have a full sized bath as well as a powerful shower.  Fantastic breakfast selection where all food was replenished as soon as it was getting low. The only negatives for us was the fact we found some rubbish near the bed along with evidence of dust, one of the bed sheets was torn and one of the bedside wall lamp units was hanging off the wall but still functional. Overall a really lovely hotel  and ideally situated for the football stadium as well as taking in the local sites/ shopping centre (straight over the road)」

「ホテル自体はまあまあでしたが、かなり古びた印象で、改装が必要だと感じました。壁には目立つひび割れがあり、シャワーのお湯の圧力は非常に弱く、カーペットには目立つシミがありました。部屋に紅茶やコーヒーを入れるスプーンがないなど、細かい点でも不便でした。とはいえ、スタッフはとても丁寧で親切だったので、滞在はより快適に過ごせました。」
