「The staff are friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the room assigned to us was for disabled guest i guess , room spacious , clean but the room smelled of urine. I cannot pinpoint where the smell was coming from but i think its either the bed or the duvet. We did not bother to ask the staff for us to relocate rooms or change beddings because we arrived very late at 3am. We eere tired and sleepy so just slept on it and the following day we were rushing to get ready to attend a wedding. When we arrived at night for our second night stay, we were dis appointed that our room wasn't cleaned. We did not have clean cups and coffee to make. This was a bad experience for us staying in a premiere inn hotel.」

「11月29日金曜日にここに滞在しました。第一印象は良かったです。すべてのスタッフはフレンドリーでとても親切でした。 部屋はよくレイアウトされ、大きな暖かいバスルームがありました。移動する十分なスペース。私たちの部屋はロータリーのクリスマスツリーを見下ろしていました。つまり、夜中に少し交通騒音がありましたが、邪魔にならないか、睡眠を妨げるのに十分ではありませんでした。お茶、コーヒー、ビスケットの素敵な提供。朝食は注文通りに作られ、質の高い農産物でとても素敵で熱いです。私たちは完全な調理された朝食を食べました、それは美味しかったです。 私が本当にうるさいなら、シャワーには電源が不足しています。つまり、シャワーヘッドをリザーバーレールから外して、お風呂にしゃがむ必要があります。 間違いなく再び滞在し、お勧めします。」

「An excellent 'home from home' stay and a great location. It's a short walk to the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway. A warm friendly welcome on arrival and we were shown immediately to our room. Our room (No6) has a great view and is spacious and bright. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Tea & Coffee making facilities along with biscuits were appreciated. The ensuite bathroom was spacious too and had complimentary toiletries. The breakfast was lovely, so many choices to pick and the portions were generous. A great place to stay!!」
