「部屋はロンドンのホテルよりもずっと広く、バスルームもとても広くてとても快適に眠れました。 ホテルのレガシーは非常に人気のレストランで、事前予約が必要です。たまたまバレンタインデーだったのでレストランは満席で、ルームサービスを注文して部屋で食べるとさらに特別な気分になりました。 子供が夜に鼻血を出し、それがシーツにあふれていました。当初は清掃料金が心配でしたが、ホテルのフロントは「心配しないでください」と言い続けました。最初の謝罪からすぐに解放されました。」

「Rustige lodge nabij York city centrum. Goede busverbinding direct voor de deur. Maar ook slechts 25 minuten lopen vanaf het centrum. De kamer is eenvoudig en de badkamer iets de klein maar voldoet aan alle verwachtingen.」

「Beautiful old pub located on the main road into York from the south. Car parking at the rear. Takes about twenty minutes to walk to the Minster and the route takes you past Clifford's Tower & The Shambles. The room was very clean & tidy, decorated simply & tastefully. Shower was hot and efficient. We slept well although we prefer a firmer bed. The pub is on a main road but it was quiet during the night & we weren't disturbed by visitors to the bar (we stayed on a Thursday). Good beer, I had a pint of Wainwright's Gold. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay again, much better to support a local business like this than the big brands. My wife is Chinese and wanted a Chinese breakfast, we found a place called Noodle Lane about ten minutes walk from the hotel, it was expensive but authentic.」

「駅から徒歩8分、設備も標準的で、全体的には悪くないです。午前10時にホテルに到着しましたが、まだチェックインできず、荷物を預けることしかできませんでした。チェックインは午後3時まででした。午後3時ちょうどにホテルに戻ると、すでに地下階の部屋が割り当てられていました。部屋自体は悪くなかったのですが、窓が開かず、地下階の排水が非常に遅く、シンクの水がほとんど流れませんでした。これはかなり不快な経験でした。今回のイギリス旅行ではヨークに1泊だけ滞在したので、それ以外は気にしませんでした。ヨークに宿泊予定の方は、高層階をリクエストすることを忘れないでください。ヨークは素晴らしい街です。」

「I stayed for two nights and it was a pleasant stay. The amenities were better than expected, as along with having a good supply of coffee, tea, and sugar, we also had a mini fridge. That was a pleasant surprise. Location was decent, and next to a bus stop which is convenient. Lovely 30-40 minutes walk into city centre along the river and an Aldi down the road. Road outside is quite loud but was bearable. In our room, TV was a bit slow and the remote stopped working. Most likely just needs some new batteries. Overall, a good stay.」
