「I was very disappointed with customer service. I have sent email requesting early Check In but no one bothered to respond back. During check in, full payment was made but during check out they charged me again for accommodation as they don’t have record that I have made payment. They took so long to verify that. If I don’t remember that I have paid at check in time I could have end up paying twice 😀」

「It was an average stay this time. The hotel is under renovation. So check before booking. The location of the hotel is good but because of ongoing renovation, the overall condition of the hotel was not the same as it use to be. Television doesn't work, party/conference hall converted into restaurant. Overall condition of rooms not as per standards of noorya.」
