「Overall, I had a pleasant stay at De Palma Hotel Ampang. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The only areas that could be improved were the air conditioner, which wasn’t cold enough, and the shower water pressure, which was quite low. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality」

「Nice clean hotel with Charter, it’s out of the center with a good swimming pools. Very pretty but a bit noisy because of the openness of the hotel and the closeness’s of the road. The staff were great friendly and helpful. Rooms could do with a bit more furniture.」

「ホテルの場所はアンパンポイントの近くで戦略的です。階下にママクショップがあります。エレベーターに乗りたい場合は、エレベーターに乗り、ママクカレーの香りが立ち上がるまでママクショップを通過する必要があります。最上階へ。壁はとても遅いので、ゆっくり進むことができます。ただ、エレベーターがママク屋の匂いがするんです。そうですね、追加料金なしでアイロン付きの礼拝用マットをリクエストします」

「レビューほど悪くはありません。2人でシングルベッド2台でたったの50ドル。他に何を選ぶべきでしょうか？ エアコンは十分冷え、トイレは清潔、ウェイターは笑顔で迎えてくれ、24時間対応のカウンターもあります。隣には食事場所もあります。 宿泊費があまり良くなく、少し汚くて、部屋に湿っぽい匂いがしましたが（しばらくすると消えました）、それ以外は何も選べません。 またここに泊まりに来ます。ハイパフォーマンスですね😉」

「It is not friendly to the elderly and wheelchair users. The TV has only 1 channel, which is boring. Wi-Fi is not available, even though it is stated that it is. The extra pillow given smells bad.」

「This is my second time to this hotel. It was riddled by a baby cockroach affliction but has since been resolved in this 2nd visit. It seems to have a change in management hence, the phone number are down or changed. It is slowly improving and I wish them the best.」
