「It was truly a refreshing and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort manager, Mr Chong, made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Despite it being peak season with high occupancy, and our arrival late in the evening, he took great pride in personally showing us around the resort and its beautiful surroundings, including the Raja Brooke butterfly habitat. He also shared fascinating stories about the property and even kept us in suspense about why there were virtually no mosquitoes around the resort despite the presence of large fish ponds—a mystery that was only revealed to us the following morning at breakfast! The resort itself is beautifully maintained—clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to blend with nature. I especially enjoyed soaking in the hot spring pools, swimming in the refreshing mountain spring water pool, and spending quiet moments feeding the fish with complimentary fish food provided by the resort. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat. It is an excellent and peaceful escape from the city, offering a chance to reconnect with nature and unwind completely. The only minor drawback is that the access road can be challenging, but the experience is well worth the journey.」

「Overall, it offers good value for budget travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough for short stays, and the Batman-themed decor was especially enjoyable for my kid. The self check-in process is convenient, particularly for late arrivals, and the staff were responsive in solving issues quickly when needed. Its location in the Kampar town area is also convenient for those visiting UTAR or passing through Kampar. However, one downside is that only one access card is provided, and it also controls the room electricity, which can be quite inconvenient for guests.」

Although the corridor was a bit narrow, it was understandable as it allowed for more rooms to be accommodated. The ambient lighting in the room was bright, making it suitable for work, study, or relaxation. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable experience throughout the stay. Roadside public parking, where parking coupon is needed.」
