The room is cozy. They prepare breakfast for us with choices of deluxe breakfast or dim sum set. Very nice lady and the view is marvellous too 🥰

The most view that i prefer 😍, nice and cool environment. It was a great experience stay and see mount kk at this villa

The view, despite rainy weather for 2 days, is spectacular. The room is entirely made of wood which was relaxing. Getting to the property requires some driving on gravel/dirt road but a normal sedan would do as fine. Since cooking is not allowed in the property, I’d suggest doing a research in advance.

このホテルはクンダサンの賑やかなエリアの真ん中に位置しています。すべてがすぐ近くにあります。キナバル山のそばに位置しています。山の景色はとても雄大です。部屋はとても清潔です。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで、食事もとてもおいしいです。私はこのホテルでの滞在を楽しみました。クンダサンに来るなら、ぜひこのホテルをおすすめします。

Clean and comfortable, house very big and garden well managed. Suitable for gathering and equipment entertainment inside the house.

May be can improve bathroom amenities. If something default and cannotb repair, please inform in advances to customee.

Firstly, the telephone number to the outlet is + 6 012 869 6969 as shown on a signage at the entrance to the outlet; the number advertised on this platform is not helpful when I called two days ago to ask about my booking. Secondly, the road from the entrance down to the parking bays is steep requiring experience and skillful drivers especially when their vehicles are loaded with passengers or baggage. Thirdly, the wash basin faucet in the bathroom of my room is loose, the shower head hose is inflexible, and the water pressure is below average.

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view of Mount Kinabalu was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Everything was well prepared, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!
