I almost forgot that I was still in Lagos. Good food from De Bull Restaurant, with amazing staff too. 5 stars to Chimaobi for his attentiveness, cheerfulness and good example of a person that loves his job. Kudos to Onyekachi for the welcome tips.

ホテルは清潔です。予約に問題がありましたが、女性のマネージャーは素晴らしかったです。その後、別のマネージャーも対応してくれました。スタッフはフレンドリーです。名前は覚えていませんが、素晴らしい人たちでした。

ホテルは空港に近く、多くの人が住んでいます。朝食は良くありません。 レセプションPOSは私のクレジットカードを使用できません。非常に奇妙な。ホテルはナイラキャッシュ......を望んでいません

The 4 night stay in Ivy Emerald was a wonderful and breath taking experience. The environment is very clean and beautiful. The rooms are well decorated with fully functional facilities. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as they are always willing to assist. The only area that requires improvement is the breakfast as it has limited options and the buffet does run out quickly. It was a good stay overall and well recommended.

Good hotel. Was affordable for me. Good staff. But last year and this year, I have tried reaching the hotel through the numbers on their google map and websites, book a room again and tried calling with the number in the email. I have not been able to get anyone. Please can email me a direct phone number or contact that I can use to reach the hotel. I wanted to also book for a ride.thank you

I went in to this hotel upon strong recommendation from a friend, I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. I stayed in the Royal Suite which was everything I expected and more. The staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. The entire hotel is very clean, the rooms nicely appointed and the decor very fitting. The gym met my workout needs. The breakfast options are somewhat limited, but one could always find something to eat from the buffet. The restaurant serves very good food for lunch and dinner, my guests and I enjoyed all the food we ordered. The TV channels definitely need to be clearer and finally the hotel needs to do away with the cheap toilet papers in the toilets/bathrooms. These are the reasons for not getting 5 points. I will definitely return to the hotel anytime I am back in Lagos

夏休みにこのきれいなホテルに2週間滞在しました。このホテルではすべてが機能します。リフトは信頼性が高く、お湯と冷水で、合理的な圧力があります。レストランは24時間営業しており、朝食ビュッフェは許容できる基準を持っています。彼らの料金は合理的です。スタッフは丁寧で親切です。ポーターはチェックイン時に役に立ちますが、その後の日に手荷物を手伝うためにより多くのポーターを使用することができます

Lovely hotel, 24/7 electricity, rooms are clean with comfortable beds, the manager Amarachi Kalu is a very pleasant lady, wifi is very erratic, so if you are planning to work, bring your own dongle to avoid the stress, be prepared for the Nigerian nuances such as one towel in bathroom for 2 guests!, (you will need to ask for extras daily),key cards deactivating each time either of us left the rooms!, breakfast is only for one guest- the other pays!, I was there with my husband for two weeks and we changed rooms 4 times due to issues that could have been avoided by proper checks. The staff are very pleasant and trustworthy, our belongings were always left where we put them, nothing went missing. The food was average, I think more variety is needed. Tea /coffee and kettle provided in rooms, iron/ironing board is not standard, you have to request for it, if you are lucky, you get straightaway other days are hit and miss. There are several eateries, shops and supermarkets close by.
