「Upon check-in at around 1200, we requested an early check-in because I have a PWD with me, and we were given 1 room, though I booked 2 rooms, acceptable because early check-in depends on the availability of the room. Thank you for the help. The facility is clean, and our room cleaner in room 9004 is commendable, but the other room was not cleaned, unsure about the standard cleaning procedure (daily or as per request). Some staff members are courteous, but others are not. Upon check out, the check-out policy was 1200 due to unavoidable circumstances. We were delayed checking out. I requested a little bit of delay but hotel insisted that we need to vacate the room as the next occupant is ready to check in. Question k lang nong kmi ang mag early check-in is d pwede dahil ndun pa ang ocupant pero nung kmi ang nadelay pramg ang higpit nila at we don't have a choice. Kaya prang unfair man. The food was good Unhappy ako sa experience k dun sa early check in at check out need to improve on that part cguro」

「The hotel was good. The experience, not so great. The room was nice and clean when we arrived and it was as expected. It was enough for our family of 4 to spend the night. The view of the balcony was also good. There were a few problems. First was the wifi, there was no connection during the whole stay. Shower didn't have a door so it the bathroom was just wet everytime someone takes a bath. Breakfast was meh. The parking situation is a hassle. There were limited slots and you have to stack the cars. If you were the first to park, other guests will have to block you. If you need to leave, they need to call the owner first so they can move their car. Not good if you want to rest and relax. Location was great though. A couple of minutes drive to the city center.」

Casa Bel is in the basement, so just ask the guards, landmarks are Polylite Baguio or PNB Village Upper at the M.M. Gara Building. Transportation is easy with taxis right outside. It’s 2.1 km from the city, costing around ₱100–₱150. Breakfast is delivered on time, the WiFi is fast, and YouTube works smoothly.」

「highly recommend this hotel, had a great stay overall. room is big enough to cater to four pax with two double bed configuration. staffs are attentive and accommodating. Location is also ideal since taxis or puv are always available around the corner.」

「バギオに行くときはいつもフォレスト ロッジに泊まります。なぜまた泊まるのでしょうか。いつもくつろげるからです。予期せぬ状況に遭遇することもあります。そんなときこそ、このホテルが他のホテルより優れている点を実際に目の当たりにするでしょう。 最近、喘息と診断されましたが、原因をすべて把握していなかったため、キッチンから漂う煙やおいしい匂いが症状を悪化させることを知りませんでした。私たちの部屋はキッチンに近く、咳がひどくなり続けたため、夫が看護師を呼びました。マネージャー (ニール ドミニク)、看護師、ベルボーイが助けに来てくれました。数分で別のフロアに移動してくれました。看護師は私の酸素をチェックし、気分を良くするために薬局で処方された薬を買ってきてくれました。その後、私はすでに回復しつつありましたが、マネージャーと看護師は私たちの様子をずっと見守ってくれました。また、いつでも最寄りの病院に連れて行けるスタンバイ シャトルがあると教えてくれました。彼らは、こんなに短い時間で私の期待以上のサービスを提供してくれました。私たち家族は、ここにいるときはいつでも本当に安全で、よく世話されていると感じています。このため、私はいつもフォレスト ロッジをバギオの私の家と呼ぶでしょう。2024 年 1 月の滞在中、お世話をしていただき、本当にありがとうございました。またお会いできるのを楽しみにしています。」

「滞在はとても良かったです。とても居心地が良く、アットホームな雰囲気でした。部屋はとても広く、バルコニーがあり、座って街の景色を楽しめます。 朝食も種類が豊富で、お手頃価格です。また、ゲストからのリクエストにも積極的に応えてくれるので、本当に感謝しています。 薄いシーツの代わりに、キルトや羽毛布団、頭を休める追加の枕があれば最高でした。 全体的に、NYC マンハッタン スイーツでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。また将来戻ってきたいと思っています。」

「The staff are all nice and friendly as they allowed us to leave our belongings on the reception area since we arrived early as the check in time is 2pm. They also allowed us to leave our bags even after our check in at 12 nn because we still roam around Baguio and left at night. The room service is also kind of good as we manage to get a help in setting up the hot shower. The room is also clean and worthy of the price you paid since we did not stay much at the hotel as we most the time outside while the location is kind of far from Burnham park but it is just near the La trinidad benguet and few blocks aways from Bell church which is also a great place to visit. The only issue we had is the service water as it seems to have an after taste and the breakfast that did not manage to finish because it also has a aftertaste. Overall the stay is good.」
