「Has parking lot, great location ( just across University of Pangasinan), clean road to the building. Call the number provided when checking in Has 10pm curfew, need to inform owner if you have friend visiting (not staying over), owner frequently cleans the building, sound/noise along the hallway even door closing is very audible in the room, wifi is weak/unusable.」
