Good location close to exhibition center and with direct access to large shopping mall.

Very good service and hotel. A little outdate decor on 3rd floor but other than that nothing to fault.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel One Mall Road Lahore. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The location was convenient, and the overall service was excellent. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others

I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
