The SHARED SPACES are: Parking for up to 5 vehicles, laundry room, office , fully equipped gym, large kitchen, and an acre of land with fountains, furniture, and an above ground swimming pool! The house has lots of history due to its location. We're 5 houses down from the Perkins Stone Mansion (founding family of Akron). The grounds once provided food and shelter for sheep and horses herded by the great abolitionist John Brown. It now has become a retreat for both of us, and 3 of the best cats you'll ever meet! Our past visitors have called the house "elegant, whimsical, friendly, and warm." Also, our past guests have said "even better in person then the pictures!". The house has privacy from the busy Copley Road it faces, and the well-built walls and floors help keep the noise down. New plumbing and electrical work make showers and multi-media playing awesome!
