This house is over 100 years old and presents itself as such.Black Mountain Lodge has five units, each with a separate entrance. Unit 5 is a SMALL efficiency apartment with a DOUBLE BED (this means bedroom and kitchen are in the same room, with a small adjoining bathroom) with its entrance located on the far right side of the front porch. There are steps that lead up to the front porch. This cheerful 189 sq ft apartment has everything you need for cooking, dining, relaxing and sleeping all in one room. There is also a smart tv you can use to log into your streaming subscriptions. The separate bathroom is surprisingly roomy and bright. There is 1 bed for sleeping up to 2 guests. Due to fire zoning regulations we cannot allow cots or air mattresses on the floor. This home is over 100 years old and sits among large, old trees. Unfortunately due to this setting, insects will often make their way into the home. This is a non smoking property.We welcome pets, and if you bring one please be considerate of other groups in the building. Please no dogs that bark if you are away.
