「Maybe we shouldn’t expect too much considering the cost. I booked this location because it was close to Legoland, which was its upside. I had booked for 3 nights but we stayed only one night in the end because I wanted my family to feel more comfortable rather than having to be tolerant. The thing that did it for me was that I found hair in one of the towels. I had to find a different place for the other 2 nights and I didn’t even bother asking for refunds.」
ゲゲストThe hotel was very clean. The only issue is the bedrooms were a little small and there is no house keeping every day. So you will have to make up your bed and take out your own trash. House keeping on 2nd or 3rd day of stay so basically when you check out. Th e food was outstanding and they have many selections for all types of eaters. I just wished they had actual creamers not syrups. Either way I will be staying there again if going that route in our vacation again. Front desk are very nice and helpful. The pool was very clean and jacuzzi was very nice also. Over all a great hotel stay.
ゲゲストThe concierge was nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean. I love how quiet this hotel was even though we came with kids and there are other families with kids. I do wish the staff in the kitchen area were nicer and more helpful though. They didn't give an announcement about closing the breakfast area off and just started pulling the curtain to close on people, which I thought was quite rude. Besides this, our trip was amazing and everyone else at the hotel were really nice.
ゲゲストLove to travel, we always stayed at Westin, always great experience. Booked the Omni resort and spa not knowing anything about it but liked reviews. Once we pulled into resort we were pleasantly surprised. WOW was first word we said. This place is SPECTACULAR, FANTASY ISLANDfor those old enough to remember. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE THIS PLACE. GO to check in for SUNDAY and MONDAY my mistake I did not have reservations for SUNDAY. Angel at the front desk said ”no worries I will take care of everything ” SHE WAS TREMENDOUS, upgraded us to GREAT ROOM. I cannot say enough things about this resort from the valet team to front desk to room service GREAT. I WILL ONLY STAY AT OMNI RESORTS from now on. I GIVE THIS RESORT 10 STARS.

MMcIntoshPatriciaI feel less dogs would be nice. As well as a microwave in the room would be helpful along with a coffee ☕️ pot, and iron to say the least. Other then that KIKI the manager is easy to talk to, she listens and provides excellent service.
