The large master bedroom is equipped with both a king size bed, a sofa pullout, a walk-in closet with stackable washer/dryer, a private balcony overlooking the cliffside, and an ensuite bathroom. Each zone runs for about 20 minutes so the sprinklers near the hot tub and outdoor seating area will run from approximately 12:45 am until 1:05 am. - This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund. - Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.- The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation. - Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly.
