The layout of the Prince Harding remains the same, but it has been entirely refreshed, with air conditioning and heating provided by solar-powered heat pumps. There is a cozy electric fireplace in the sitting area, an improved kitchen and bath with tiled shower, and a new queen-sized bed and furnishings in the living area.
