** We've just completed a major renovation of Ship's Light! Having stood the test of time for almost 200 years, the house now has a new foundation, upgraded systems and a modified floor plan. We've worked had to maintain the character and charm of the antique home, while bringing it up to modern standards. We can't wait for renters to experience the results for the 2025 summer season and beyond! The layout of the Prince Harding remains the same, but it has been entirely refreshed, with air conditioning and heating provided by solar-powered heat pumps. There is a cozy electric fireplace in the sitting area, an improved kitchen and bath with tiled shower, and a new queen-sized bed and furnishings in the living area.
