Perfect stay in the clouds resort. We spent five nights here. I am living in Chiba for 18 years. This is the best stay in hotel since I am here. The village is touristic, but authentic and quiet in night. It’s a mix of ancient village, water, nature. The dream China. The resort is perfectly located on the side of the lake. The common parts are wonderful, from the term, the garden, the courtyards. You can feel the soul of the country here, built by multiple generations. The rooms are traditional but beautiful and extremely well equipped with huge shower, Japanese toilets, huge bathtub. There is 3 courtyards, all original and authentic. You feel the heat of history. The restaurant is the best of the city, for reasonable prices and tasty and comfortable settings. On the top of it, very dedicated staff, trying their best to make us happy, nice breakfast, nice afternoon tea, tea ceremony… we can be only grateful to have the pleasure to stay here. Fast train station is just ten minutes away…

Everything was perfect. The garden of forking paths was one our favorite places to stay during our trip across China. The architecture and finishes are polished and tranquil. Everything was very clean and it was easy to relax here. The location is great for exploring the local historic towns and the dinners we had in the beautiful dining room were absolutely delicious. Staff does not speak a lot of English but was extremely patient and helpful with us using WeChat and translator apps. I highly recommend this place for anyone.

Perfect hotel. We like the hotel It's A Great location Close to Hongcun and Still In Nature With A Great swimming pool lovely people. Great breakfast Beautiful Rooms everything is perfect really Love It. A also you get tickets for the rafting Which is very cool And The Kids loved it. 10/10. Banyan tree exceptionnal service right from check in to check out makes us feel very welcomed. The hanfu photography package included was also a highlight. The photography team was professional and the photos were great!

Such a fantastic place to stay in this magical village… we felt extremely welcomed since our arrival, the room was so tidy and comfy with all the amenities you could wish for. The breakfast was delicious with attention to all the details including making their own soy milk. We also had dinner there on our last night and the food was nothing short of a fancy restaurant but with the care of a homemade meal. I will never forget my time here… the village is also one of the most magical places I had the chance to visit. The staff helped us get a taxi to our next destination, they were really nice people and we wish to visit them again someday. Thank you!

Service was amazing! Such kind and helpful staff! The train to hotel transfer was a life saver, and they were very responsive via WeChat message. The room was absolutely stunning and the staff helped chill our sparkling wine so we could enjoy it on the terrace 😍 So many little thoughtful gestures during our stay made us feel super well looked after! We will 100% be coming back. Thanks for everything! ❤️

ピッグズ インでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。残念ながら 1 泊だけでしたが、本当に楽しかったです。スタッフはとても親切で、宿泊客が私たちだけだったにもかかわらず、一生懸命料理を作ってくれました。朝食は特に素晴らしかったです。お湯は「熱い」というよりはぬるいくらいでしたが、スタッフはそれを直すためにできる限りのことをしてくれました。バスルームの排水口はかなり臭いましたが、それ以外はベッドルームはとても快適で、すべてがとても清潔でした。ホテルは黄山北駅から 200 元でタクシーを手配してくれました。とても助かりました。その後、Didi を使ってタクシーを呼んで西堤村と黄山に行きました。言葉がわからない人には最高です。お迎えしていただきありがとうございました。

Excellent hotel inside of a beautiful village! The staff are very kind and friendly! There are also many other areas to explore nearby! The city center has a wonderful walkway lit up at night!
