Although we can accommodate and sleep up to 20 guests; the sweet spot is for 10-15 guests. The main floor offers the main living room, dining room, kitchen and two master bedrooms/baths with King Size Beds and a bedrooms/bath with Queen Size Bed. Basement has the fourth bedroom which is kind of a kids bedroom with six bunk beds and a queen bed accommodating up to eight kids/teens or adults. Outdoor private Jacuzzi seats six adults and there is an outdoor natural gas BBQ as well. The private patio seats up to 15 people for beautiful outdoor parties. This property works great for large families as the main living quarters is great adult space while the kids are having fun downstairs playing games, ping pong, billiards, or watching TV/movies. Downstairs bar/kitchen is great for stocking up on food/drinks. There is also a dedicated quiet office space away from the entertainment areas with a desk and printer/scanner/copier for quiet workspace should you dare work on your vacation!
