Loved this resort! Clan and fresh with a super friendly staff! Great location, covered parking and a fitness center with good quality equipment. Our room was really clean and housekeeping kept up with everything for us. We were greeted with champagne when we checked in! The pool staff are really good at what they do. Constructive criticism? We only ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was just ok. We ordered a croissant and they just took it out of a bag and served it cold. The drinks at either bar are very small and expensive. The hot tub wasn’t hot which was ok because it was always full of unsupervised little kids. Besides that we would stay there again.

Amazing location. Very comfy beds. Pool is way too small for the size of hotel. The pool’s accessibility chair was not working, which was a big disappointment.

ペリカン ポイント ホテルを予約したとき、古い物件だと知っていたので、壮大なことは期待していませんでした。また、価格は非常に手頃でした!私たちが最初に到着したとき、部屋は5人家族にとってとても広としていました。それはセミスイートのようなもので、キッチンはベッドから分離されていますが、閉じられていません。キッチン/ダイニングエリアにはダブル2台と布団が折りたたまれていました。きれいでしたが、ファンキーな匂いがして、冷蔵庫と電子レンジを備えた小さな設備の整ったキッチンが役に立ちました。一見素晴らしかった、場所は素晴らしい、クリアウォータービーチの向かいにあり、ボーナスである無料の駐車場(私は駐車料金を余分に支払う必要がないので、価格を考えると本当に素晴らしかった)......私の息子がバスルームで巨大なバグを見たまで、私たちは本当にこの発見で得点したと思いました。 ! ! While researching hotels, I visited this property a month before my arrival to make sure the accommodation would work for my purposes. At that time, I was shown a specific layout for the 1 bedroom queen beds configuration. The front desk attendant specified the description of the room that I should book when I made the reservation. I made the reservation based on their information and the room I was shown. A month later when I check in, I am given a room half the size of the one I was shown. I tell the front desk that it was not what I was told and I am unhappy with the room and I need the bigger room. The gas let me and told me that they had already given me the biggest room they had. I'm not kidding when it was literally half the size of the one I previewed. I walked the front desk attendance to the door of the room I was shown and was assured that those rooms are the same size and they couldn't be shown to me at that time because they were occupied. I had to cancel most of the event I had planned due to lack of space and lost revenue I would have earned giving a workshop to paying pupils. Complete bait and switch. Avoid this property.

My husband and I booked a vacation at the Bilmar in treasure island and we loved it! Heather and Viola at the front desk were a pleasure! Heather went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Everything was in walking distance of the hotel, and the beach and pool was amazing. Mike and Louis, the bartenders at Sloppy Joe’s and Waves were awesome. From the staff to the resort and location everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to return! And do not miss the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see! Gregory & Janel

Overall nice experience to stay in Hilton. One thing that hot water running after few minutes not immediately was bit out of expectation and I had to stay in the shower cold waiting.

Checked in at 350 and the room wasn’t ready.  I asked the lady if she was sure it wasn’t ready. We ended up going to the beach until room was ready. At 400 the room was ready, when we had already gone to the beach.  Had to go back to the lobby and waited a while in line to get room key. They gave us late check out for noon time the next day. Fast forward the next day, housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9am. They wanted to know when we were leaving. I told them not yet.  At 10am they came around again, checking to see if we had left. Didnt give me a chance to speak to the lady since she was In a rush. At 11am once again they came around wanting to check if we had left. I told the housekeeper that we had late check out and to please stop rushing us to leave.  She apologized but at this point I was annoyed.  This location needs a lot of renovation, maintenance on the pool and re-training!

Overall, a decent place to stay. Has lots of potential but work should be given to spruce it up, even though it’s a very old building. Here are my main reasons for the 3 score rating: -great location downtown and near the pier. Super walkable to lots of great restaurants and shopping. -eclectic, cool atmosphere  -no onsite parking -bedding clean but bedframe was very dirty and scuffed. Bed firm but nice enough.  -floors were hardwood and appeared to not have been mopped or cleaned with something that didn’t rinse properly, very sticky.  -water in shower did not get hot, actually barely got warm  -door lock was broken -windows had no screens, shower window fell out when we tried to open it, most room windows wouldn’t stay opened  -tv was attached to a Roku (with only Roku remote) and had no main remote to adjust TV settings, tv was on a stretch mode so you couldn’t watch a movie or anything easily. -staff was super friendly
