一定要住貴一點的房型 這樣裏面的服務會更好 可以隨便吃喝 衞生環境很好 room services也是24 hrs的

A pretty good hotel, well kept gardens, good food, good service, great beach, beach towels are easy to pick up and are in abundance, good entertainment, great kids club. Why 4 stars: mosquitoes (I did ask them to spray more when leaving), too dim energy saving lights in the buffet area, would benefit from having more beach chairs.

The ease of getting and general quiet and 'at ease' feeling of the property was great. The dinner restaurant standouts were the French restaurant and the steakhouse. Impeccable service anywhere you go. This is definitely a resort to bring young children as there were many around (we don't have children but were unbothered).

Over priced for what it was. Wouldn’t go again there are better options for this price 3 stars is what it should be. The one in punta cana was 5 stars but not the Cancun one

We loved having the somewhat more remote location with the abundance of trees and gardens. The property is so well maintained with every inch cleaned and in excellent repair. Staff was always friendly and helpful, with every need being met. The only improvement I can think of is choice of supper dining as some had dress codes we didn't plan for, and some were only for Club patrons.

We visited in February for our honeymoon with our 8 month old. We needed R&R and this resort provided just that. We stayed in the Finest category. We stayed 8 nights and still have some restaurants we didn't try yet. The hotel is VERY child friendly with lots of amenities we enjoyed. We selected this resort as they offered babysitting & I must say we were timid. Our nanny's name is Karen & she works in the kids club. She took him to the kids club to play, fed him his bottle & snacks, & put him down for his nap. We returned after a glorious spa experience to a sleeping baby. The food was great. Our best meal was the romantic beachfront meal with food from the adults only restaurant. It was romantic & very tasty. Throughout our vacation the staff went out of the way to make the trip memorable. From the beach attendants handing out cold, scented towels to refresh your skin, to the team cleaning/refreshing the rooms who would refill our minibars with anything we requested & leaving cute towel designs and flower petals on our beds, to restaurant staff knowing when we were leaving and asking us to return in chocolate on a surprise dessert, we felt the love and the service shine through. We've been to several all inclusive hotels and this one is high quality. I'd absolutely come back. My husband's main concern is the lack of bathroom privacy. The toilet is closed off but that's it so you're exposed during a shower if someone walks by. We still plan to return!

A truly excellent resort! We really enjoyed our stay with our 2 and 4 year old kids. Staff was friendly, food was good, pools were fun, beach was beautiful, rooms were clean, amenities were plenty, and entertainment was great. Highly recommend and we are definitely going to go back again!

My wife and I had a great experience at Finest Playa Mujeres. We stayed four nights at the adults only Excellence Club. The resort was very nice and modern. The service was excellent from the time we arrived until we left. Isabel made sure we were well taken care of with drinks on the beach. We also had great service at all the restaurants we ate at. Enrique at Lizo was outstanding. Alfredo made our experience at the Spa outstanding. I would most definitely recommend him. We will for sure stay here again next time we are in Playa Mujeres.
