イスタンブールでファミリー向けホテルを見つけるのは非常に困難ですが、好まれる数少ない素敵なホテルの 1 つです。彼らはとても思いやりがあり、特にマート氏はとても親切でした。ホテルスタッフの皆様、本当にありがとうございました

外には小さな窓があり、新鮮な空気はほとんどありません。 提供された最初の部屋にはサーモスタットがなく、暖房は常に最大の高さでオンでした

There is nothing to be happy about the Hotel. You deceived us in booking the hotel and we would want a part refund. How come you did not tell us that the Hotel is being renovated. We got there to see to our greatest surprise that the Hotel is being renovated. The hotel is still being renovated as we were leaving the hoteI. It was noisy and dirty. We have to request for our room to be cleaned before it is cleaned. We were buying our own toilet roll. It is awful to say the least. From my experience of staying in the hotel, I will be the last person to recommend anybody to the hotel. We are asking for compensation for the inconveniences we endured staying in the hotel. I like the area difficult to understand with the stuff because they can’t speak English and cleaning service not good

Do not stay at this hotel, it is infested with bed bugs. I had bites all over my back legs and hands. This place is not clean! I had to throw away my clothes and go to the hospital to get my skin checked. You have been warned! The staff doesn’t care and are no help.

Great neighborhood, cozy place, everything worked well. Room was clean, bed was comfy, location was safe and accessible to public transport (metrobus, minibus, city bus). Breakfast was healthy and simple. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Ich konnte keine 2 tage da drinnen aushalten, So eine dreckige Hotel habe ich noch nie in mein leben gesehen,die hatten nicht einmal Toilettenpapier,1 nacht habe ich dort übernachtet,am nächsten Tag habe ich mich ausgeheckt,meine Empfehlung gibt besser 100€ mehr aus und nimmt euch richtige Hotel,und nicht so eine dreckige bude.
