We booked a suite in this sub standard hotel. From the minute we arrived the greasy looking manager was u helpful. On our last evening for approx 4 hours we had no hot water. This was very inconvenient as we had a flight the following morning and needed to shower and sleep. When we went down to complain we were told “well this could happen in your own home too” “dont try and bribe me”?! We also got verbally abused when we requested a refund - we felt unsafe due to the abuse and had to book accommodation elsewhere. When we returned later that night to collect our luggage there was still no hot water. *********** were also lied to and told that the water was off for only one hour. Please avoid this hotel. Staff are horrendous. The hotel needs refurbished. Repairs are done badly. No breakfast is offered. Save your money and go elsewhere.
