ホテルのスタッフのおかげで、GülnaruとILHAMUが清潔で快適な部屋を区別したいと考えています。毎日掃除して洗います。とてもきれいです。誰もが親切で丁寧なので、良い休息と良い気分を作り出します。デザインは楽しいです、味で作ります。次の会議ありがとうございます! ! ! ! ! ! !

I should firstly say that all staff at the hotel are amazing. They are polite and so helpful. One of the staff who stands in front of the door went to the road and found a taxi for us and bring it to the door when there was no taxi around. HOWEVER, generally the hotel cannot be considered as four star, it can hardly be a 3 star hotel. There are two significant negative points which makes the whole experience bad: 1. The room: room was big enough but the decoration and amenities were so outdated, the view was rubbish, when we entered lots of bad smell made us so disappointed. the bathroom was the worst part. broken shower holder (I told the reception but it wasnt sorted), shortage of toilet tissues, smell, broken toilet seat, awkward toilet tissue holder, etc. 2. breakfast: This was the worst part of the experience. The breakfast was so basic. just lots of cheese and cheese!!!, no cream, a couple of choices for bread, a few choices of sausages, all not really nice, very basic. occasionally you could find something else like aubergines. Fruits (whole oranges and pears and occasionally melons, not every day, and if you are late nothing. I had to ask the staff why the empty dishes are not updated and they said its finished, while all breakfast must be available during the whole breakfast time). same with juice (only lemonade every day) and again if you are late no juice. a hot drink, only tea!!!! unbelievably no coffee!!! When I asked for coffee they said you need to pay extra!!!!! BUT MOST TERRIBLE part was that the staff were told to ask guests if they need fried eggs (omelette in Turkish!). and when you said yes, they bring fried eggs but charge you 46tl!!! There were lots of arguments during breakfast between staff and guests about this. They also put some other sweets like pancakes etc. on the other side and children could see and ask for them, but again you had to pay extra. I had several arguments with staff and realised this has nothing to do with them. This is a wrong policy dictated by the manager who doesn't want to accept these are wrong. We have already paid extra for breakfast, why do we need to pay again for things like coffee, fried eggs, sweets, and so on? why things are finished before breakfast time finishes... overall, if breakfast and bathroom are important for you, and you want a hotel close to attractions avid this hotel. another thing was that during booking I saw there is a sauna and gym but no one gave us information about these.

大雪は運転する方法がなかったので、このホテルに住まなければなりませんでした。隣には広場とオフィスがあります。他のものはなくなりました。広場が閉まったら物を買うことができません。四角いところには小さなスーパーマーケットがないので、ガソリンスタンドを見つけるのは難しいです。入り口は高速で、道路に挟まれています。唯一の便利な交通機関は、ホテルの入り口に新しい地下鉄を通っています。この価格の場合、地下鉄で市内中心部に行くことをお勧めします。部屋は一般的に衛生的で、新しい装飾は他のハイライトではなく、サービスは非常に一般的で、少なくとも3つ以上の電話をするために水を呼び出すと反応します。

旅行中にホテルから欲しいものを提供し、フィードバックが有利だったので、私はPera orientホテルで予約しました。予約が完了した直後、旅行アドバイザーに投稿された否定的なレビューにつまずきました。私は私の選択について心配していました。しかし、イスタンブールに行ってそこに滞在したとき、私は自分の経験を共有することを余儀なくされたと感じました。これはまったく異なり、絶対に素晴らしいものでした!信用すべき場所で信用を与えることが不可欠だと思います。まず第一に、リゾートを探しているなら、Pera Orientはリゾートではなく、決してリゾートであると主張することはありません! Pera Orientでの私の滞在は快適で快適でした。到着すると、フレンドリーで気配りの行き届いたスタッフが温かく迎えてくれました。彼らは可能な限り私を助け、5-dayの長期滞在中に私の質問に答えるために最善を尽くしました。彼らの温かい笑顔と私の滞在のトーンを本当に設定するのを助けるための真の意欲。ホテルの場所は理想的です。ホテルから徒歩6分でタクシム広場に向かい、地下鉄やバスで目的地に到着できます。そして、それは私がイスティカル通りを毎日定期的に散歩することを可能にしました。通りは少し狭いですが、周りには怖くも安全でもないホテルがたくさんあります(否定的なレビューで言及されたように)。私はいつも上向きに進み、タクシムに向かって右折します。上品な装飾が施されたきれいな部屋に迎えられました。ベッドは信じられないほど快適でした、ハウスキーピングスタッフは気配りがあり細心の注意を払って、私の部屋が毎日完璧に掃除されていることを確認しました。コーヒーと紅茶は毎日やかんの隣に置いていました(時には水のボトル付き)。再びイスタンブールを訪れるときは、間違いなくPera Orientを選びます。

空港からは車で10分ほどです。小さな町のような場所にあります。とても態度の良い若い人たちが経営しています。レストランやスーパーへの道順も親身になって教えてくれます。部屋は広くて清潔で、設備も整っていました。設備も充実しており、ベッドもとても快適でした。翌日空港までタクシーを呼んでくれました。乗り継ぎが短い場合は、一晩泊まると良いでしょう。

This was most certainly the worst hotel I've stayed in till date. After reading poor reviews for many Istanbul hotels close to sultanahmet, i saw some good reviews for this and decided to book. On arrival, the front office manager on the reception desk couldn't find our reservations, this took at least 10mins for him to sort, which I wasn't too pleased with, especially as we'd been travelling for around 15hours and had got off an overnight flight with no sleep with my elderly mother with me, that, and he didn't as so much apologise. Oh well, I let it go and we made our way up to the room. The deluxe room I'd booked was *tiny*, there was just enough floor space to open one suitcase, take what you need, close it and put it away to be able to move past it. The bathroom was nice and spacious and clean too. I was about to hop into the shower when I pulled a towel off the rack.....brown poo stains were smeared over it. I was absolutely disgusted. I rang reception (the only number you can ring) and the front office manager said he'll send up housekeeping, yet again, not even a simple 'sorry'. I expressed how disgusted I was, I had only been in the hotel half an hour at this point! Housekeeping arrived shortly and replaced the towels. I had booked breakfast with our stay. The selection of food is very minimal. There were 2 waitresses who spent their time cleaning tables and stocking plates, guests were mainly ignored. Despite having paid for breakfast, you had to buy eggs and fresh juices. the only eggs available in the breakfast buffet were scrambled eggs and the juice was one I saw the waitress reconstituting from a powder and water. I've never stayed in a hotel where I've paid for breakfast and then been told I'd have to pay extra for certain items on the breakfast menu! Daylight robbery! I asked for an iron, which was sent up promptly. I rang down to enquire about the ironing board as there was nowhere to iron. The front office manager said ”Lady, you asked for an iron and you've got one now so what do you want!” I explained that i need a board to iron on, he said he'd see and call me back and angrily put the phone down. I didn't hear back for a few hours and needed clothes to go out in. So i had to use the bed as a make shift ironing board, not to mention the spits of hot water that burnt my hand in the process. Later in the day I rang for something else and also mentioned I didn't hear back about the ironing board- front office manager simply said he's been busy-no apology. He sent housekeeping to the room- a friendly lady who couldn't speak English and yet when i explained to her she understood and promptly brought me one. Be careful when ordering room service - the hotel don't actually make the food....they order takeout! I was told it would come in 20mins, I chased up 30mins later and was told 5mins, and then I chased up again and someone else who picked up laughed and said no it wouldn't be 5mins, it'll be another 20mins.
