「Good hotel with an older charm. It’s next to the main train station in Krakow and a less than 5 minute walk into the centre of old town. The breakfast is nice, only issue is it is right next to a busy tram stop and they’re a bit loud if you want to leave the window open at night other than that enjoyed my stay.」

「Gorgeous hotel- bougie decor and immaculately clean throughout. Breakfast is self service with a big variety. Omelette and scrambled eggs cooked to order. It was so nice here we stayed another night and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel.」

「Cannot fault this hotel from arrival to departure.Personnel at reception are very friendly and accommodating.Rooms are clean,with prosecco upon arrival and free water and soft drinks every day .Rooms are cleaned everyday.Breakfast are plenty ,fresh and delicious.A bonus is a in house pizza restaurant and bar,sauna and jacuzzi were good amenities.We truly enjoyed our stay」

「The hotel is very close to public transportation, which gives the convenience of going into the city centre in less than half an hour. The apartment is well decorated, spacious and comfortable.」

「The was a good selection of foods for breakfasts, the reception staff were pleasant, and there were good shopping facilities in the same building. However, after checking in, we reported two problems in the bathroom. The waste plug in the wash hand basin did not stop the water running away, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were advised that the handy man did not work at weekends and it was suggested I use a cup for shaving as no other rooms were available. The air conditioning was positioned above the bed. The result was an unpleasant cold breeze for anyone lying on the bed. In the three days of our stay, the beds were not made by the cleaning staff.」
