「素晴らしいサービスでした！怪我をしてしまったのですが、スタッフは私の怪我を配慮し、部屋を変更してくれたり、定期的に様子を見に来てくださったりと、親身になって対応してくれました。 本当に素晴らしい対応で、感謝しています！ さらに、ホテルの立地も良く、朝食も種類豊富で美味しかったです！お部屋は清潔で、レイアウトも良く、街の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます！ ジムも設備が充実していて、屋上からの景色も最高でした！ムーンライトでの4泊のご滞在、ありがとうございました。フエを訪れるなら、ぜひおすすめします。」

「Гостевой дом расположен в 2 километрах от цента, но зато в тихом месте, где можно отлично выспаться. Рядом находиться железнодорожный вокзал. Брали большой номер 50 кв.м В номере есть мини холодильник, осушитель, обогреватель, чайник. Единственный минус отслаивающаяся штука и вздутая краска от влаги. Нас это не сильно напрягало, в общем все хорошо」

「The manager is very nice, change room for me to nicer room when complain about toilet smell. I did not realise the air cond not working properly after I came back in evening and basically the controller can not turn on off or control the air conditioner at all, in top the air cond only blows air at 1 speed abdc1 temperature not cool enough, end up sleeping not much at all while night because of very hot in the room with air cond not working properly. Not trying to tell people how to manage hotel business, but as manager they should check the conditions of rooms, which are good or bad, cabinets doors, corridor carpet need to be replaced etc, if they want to attract more customers, and regularly inspect the rooms, don't wait till customers complain then try to fix problems. apart from all these hotel manager is an absolute nice person. Feel not easy to leave this hotel because she is so nice, but I need to have cool room to sleep well. Motorbike rental is very nice from this hotel, she offer half day rate because I arrived at 2 pm. You can do better, try harder, proactively doing things. Room has 2 nice windows and a nice balcony garden. Location of hotel is right in the centre of night eating place and walking streets.」

「We have been travelling a lot through south east Asia and this hotel shines well above the ones we have been staying in. Great location, very easy to get to main areas of interest. Lovely clean room and really well decorated. Nice reception area and good breakfast offering. Well priced minibar in room, good laundry service. So many positives and also lovely friendly, helpful staff especially Auyen who pointed us in the right direction for good places to eat and drink. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back here when we return 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」
