It is a Nice property, worth the price, the rooms and washrooms were clean, the food was nice, the cultural event was very good- the rajathani music and dance by musicians and the dancers was icing on the cake , cooperative staff, recommended

The evening cultural programme was very entertaining and immersive. Staff were very cooperative, attentive, and courteous. Food was amazing! Tents were clean and well-maintained. The corporate group enjoyed the stay and the activities.

This was my maiden trip with my family and the maiden one to Jaisalmer too, so a lot of firsts and glad that the experience turned out to be an amazing one, thanks to the excellent hospitality and accommodations by the General ***ager Mr.Kartik. Right from the welcome, till our departure, he was instrumental in ensuring that our stay was a pleasant and memorable one. The concept of glamping is albeit a new one for me and the camps didn't disappoint for the price. The overall aesthetic was pleasing and the camps were well equipped with the all the amenities one could have hoped for. The tents were strategically placed and had comfortable furniture arrangements with appropriate lighting, ventilation and heating apparatus. The ***agement and staff were also gracious enough to accommodate our special request for mild decorations and a cake cutting ceremony for my daughter, whom the trip was planned for. It was a great experience for her, something to be cherished for a long time. The camp ***ager also arranged for our Jeep safari, at a nominal price and the adventure activities were aplenty in the area, ***** with the complimentary camel ride to their private desert island. The cultural perfor***ce program in the evening had palpable excitement and made the mood better for all present. The dinner spread was absolutely sumptuous and adequate variety of food were present for all types of cuisines. The morning breakfast spread was also quite a delicious bunch, catering to all sensibilities across. Overall a wonderful experience, primarily due to the General ***ager, Mr.Kartik and his staff. Looking forward to the next visit.

Beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of resort. Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, rooms with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We all were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Mr Karthik , General ***ager of the resort is fantastic and his team is very efficient. Gala dinner with ritual ceremonies were superb 👌.

The staff behaviour was really rude they misbehaved with us,like they want to fight with guests.Worst part was we stayed for two days and on both days we were offered same menu for breakfast & dinner,some food looked stale,food quality was very very bad..the property is very good but food,staff and ***agement will make ur stay terrible for sure Disappointed

Excellent resort . Nice food . Excellent cultural programme . Excellent Air-condition Tents . Secured place . Nice canal riding. Jeep safari is costly if booked through Resort. Needs some improvements in house keeping services. If this is improved the resort will become 5 star

Wonderful experience with awesome cultural program. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The luxury tents were very clean, comfortable and with all the basic amenities. The property was very beautiful and clean. Camel ride was an amazing activity that was arranged by the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed the services of spring desert resort. I was arriving to Sam desert early in the morning with family. I had communication with the resort and they were very co-operating in accommodating us at 6 AM in the morning. The food at the resort was superb. Morning breakfast & evening dinner was included in the accommodation charges. There were so ***y choices in the breakfast & dinner. The resort ***agement specially Mr. Karthik took care of us personally. Mr. Karthik made sure that we received the customized dishes of our choice in breakfast & dinner in addition to the already available superb set menu. Resort ***agement arranged the camel safari for us. They arranged it twice on request of us without any charge! The camel owners were so good and professional. They took us to the desert for sunrise & sunset. It was a super experience. We can recommend camel owners “Bhajan” & “Om Prakash” for an out of the word experience. They will make your memories so wonderful with their photography skill. Our kids liked their camels named "Lalu Prasad" & very much. The camels were well behaved and decorated very well. Mr. Karthik personally accompanied us for star gazing in the night desert. He was so kind to arrange this complimentary for us! This was a superb experience. Thank you, Mr. Karthik, for this lifetime experience. The resort is very good. It is clean & has all the amenities. Since resort is inside Sam desert so ambience is excellent. If something is not available then resort ***agement helps you. For example, there is no iron available in the room. But resort ***agement arranged this for us. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would any day recommend this resort to my family & friend and I would book with them again

It was a great experience in jaisalmer desert spring .it was a memorable part of my rajasthan trip. I must thank mr karthik who has done everything to help us enjoy the stay. He has done ***y things out of the way which really touched our heart. Overall the stay was wonderful.
