Excellent and professional service from all staff we met. Everyone was helpful and questions were answered with a smile. Our room had a lovely view over the pool area and was always cleaned(even without the clean sign). The choice of food in the buffet was excellent, catering for all tastes. The gardens of the hotel were pleasant to walk through and allowed easy access for anyone with mobility issues. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and one we would recommend.

Unfortunately, the photos on their website do not show the current state of the hotel. There's a shocking lack of maintenance everywhere. Food is ok and the staff is as helpful as they can be, but i'd never go again and would not recommend it. Entertainment is hit and miss. They get points for the splash park, which seemed to have had a makeover and is brilliant. The hotel is one hour drive from the airport and there's not a lot to do around, unles you take cab to the local shops and restaurants.

Ok for families but generally needs some TLC around pool and bathroom cleaning. Food was generally bland but ok for children.

Great stay here, the hotel was well maintained, clean and staff worked really hard to make sure you had a nice stay. Food was good, not a great selection for kids, but they always ate, burgers chips etc were readily available. As adults we always found something nice to eat, always warm. Staff worked tirelessly at see I've times, always clearing and cleaning, our daughter is gluten free and and she always had something to eat with a bit of pre planning with the staff. Nothing was too much. We upgraded to all inclusive whilst we were there. The reception staff were great. The heated pool was such a good thing to have, kids were constantly in there, inflatables allowed, really nice vibe round the pool. The entertainment team were amazing, worked so hard to keep you busy with games and shows, coming round serving drinks and food on some occasions. Our kids loved it so much. Nighttime mini disco and shows. Beach was only a short walk away (be prepared for a good walk back up the hill) Morro Jable only a 30 min walk away along the beach front. There is a shop on site selling food, snacks, toys etc. all in all was a great holiday and will return.

We had a gorgeous experience in Jandia Mar Occidental hotel the staff were all friendly , the food was varied and super delicious the rooms also very clean and service very good and what we liked more was the entertainment so big thanks to Noah , all entertainment team and especially Sam : )

We went all inclusive with our two year old for the first time and we had a lovely time. The food each day was varied enough to make each meal different and although not the best we've ever had, it was perfectly fine for us. There were plenty of tables and high chairs as well. We didn't struggle to find sun loungers and all of the pools were lovely. Our room was the perfect size for us, maybe slightly outdated but always clean. We also had a decent shower with a bath which was helpful for our toddler! We were also right next to the playground which we used multiple times. We did try to get a late checkout but we're told that unfortunately it wasn't possible however we didn't have to be out of our room until 12pm so that helped. Please bare in mind that this hotel is at the top of a pretty steep hill so if you want to go to the beach, be prepared for an intense walk back! The only thing that really wasn't great was the WiFi as it dropped in and out constantly and just really didn't work for us. All in all, we had a great time with friendly staff and would recommend this hotel.

2nd visit, may, 7 night all inclusive, couple, 50s,last visit 2 years ago great that's why we booked again, felt this time the hotel had gone down hill, Internet terrible this time, food was so repative & quality not great, room bit tired air con not working , drink quality terrible cocktails made machine yuk not many choices unless you paying or wearing a royal wrist band Pool freezing this time wasn't last time in may. Beautiful beach near by Hotel on a hill Plenty of sun loungers good shade, clean pool, lovely pool towels deposit required, maid service good, entertainment really good daytime & evening the team are so lovely suitable for everyone Reception not so great this time Bar staff not so great Loads of bars & lounges, pool bar nice area, lots toilets around very clean, lots of ramps, lots of things to do, food lots of choices repeat a lot Desserts are amazing, so are the coffee machines Overall good holiday not sure if I want a 3rd trip their

I had a great time, and the animators didn’t let me get bored; such cheerful guys like Sam made me feel good, maintaining a great mood and overall development with interesting competitions and, in principle, sincere conversation. Many thanks to the Hotel for the opportunity to meet great people!
