YMCA スリー アーチズ ホテル(YMCA Three Arches Hotel)

The location was close to the old city of Jerusalem, walking distance to the Jaffa Gate. The facility itself is beautiful inside and out. The pool is exceptional and the breakfast left nothing to be desired.

Little gem in a nice quiet location. Free parking available and near to Jerusalem city.

Excellent location, friendly service, room was ok, but could be renovated. Breakfast was ok.

Our room was on the 3rd floor which has not been remodeled like the 2nd floor has. When we arrived, there was an open Coke can in the window and some mystery brown substance on the wall at the head of the bed. We also found a sock and a bottle of shampoo under the bed. Housekeeping is in need of education regarding expectations of cleaning. Breakfast was amazing, but they didn't start serving until 7:00 so we had to miss breakfast on the day we departed, due to the need to leave for the airport at 6:00. I asked the staff if we could get a refund for our breakfast that morning since we wouldn't be able to eat it and was told no because we purchased it through *******. They told me to reach out to ******* for the refund so hopefully ******* can help.

We had brown water in our sinks and shower for the duration of our stay. We were out of water for the first day, followed by brown water for the remainder of our time. We demand a response whether via a refund, or a solution. When we go on vacation we shouldn’t be facing such issues and struggles and it definitely affect our trip and experience which was poor. The maintenance team simply let the water run and tried to convince me that the water will continue to run, and eventually be clean! Such a situation never happened. The hotel then continuously called the room and banged on the dorm at night after we were exhausted and still facing jet lag, which resulted in us not sleeping for the rest of the night. The following they, the hotel moved us to a smaller room, stating it is close in size. We moved to the smaller room and found? Yet again, brown water in our bath. This is not acceptable and we demand a response and a resolution. Thank you Daniel Tamir

The grounds are beautiful. The breakfast that was included was very good. The staff was very nice overall. I loved the gym. It had Zumba, Chinese dance, Afro dance and a sleuth of classes. The elliptical there was excellent & I didn't get to see much else. We did enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi. One negative thing is it seems that the sheets didn't seem to be changed. We were there 9 days.

Full of character and amazing panoramic view of Jerusalem. Bedroom a little tired. Very good value.
